Yes, correct. you need mdca registration also for hotel booking you can book from agoda app pay at hotel and book the hotel accordingly.

you must visit airport at least 3 hours before at the airport , for immigration depends on the traffic but it will take approx 20 mins

Farhana if ur pnr is same of ur ticket , then there is no need to take visa as , ur baggage will be transfer directly to ur next bording flight.
Also there is separate route in arrival area of Malaysia airport which directly transfer people to join at connecting flight

no , from 1st jan visa is free in malaysia , you just need to fill MDAC form
