    Thanks Dean, a really useful concept to understand and master. The Sony @7 mirrorless cameras also have a built-in focus distance indicator which appears in the EVF.

      @Levin Barrett Hi Levin, always nice to talk to a fellow Sony user. Like you I don't know of a DOF indicator on the @7 - my comment related to the EVF indicator of the distance at which the camera is focussed.

      Hey Graeme and a Levin, that’s a pretty good feature on the Sony, you could use an app to get the HFD and then focus at that distance using the distance indicator in the evf 👍
