How are they supposed to dance this and sing it at the same time, that's near impossible. There's no shame in lip syncing, as long as you can actually sing
I’m pretty sure most groups don’t do high notes live when they have extreme choreography. Some parts are pre-recorded and some parts they sing. It’ll be hard to sing with extreme choreography and you’ll have more chances to crack a voice or gain a flat note.
