"Seth, you should..." make sure as you carve out your path to the road at the bottom of your property, you make sure you allow the trail to continue your down hill momentum to give you a head start up the hill. Make sure you allow the trail to give you time to do a proper head check before you merge onto the road so you don't surprise the hell out of any vehicle coming up the road. I'm quite sure that he asked them for approval before building that ;) also why should it be a problem? The driveway is not affected by the gravel road the way they build it.
It seems like Seth suggested (near the start of the video) that he spoke to them and they are somewhat involved. Such as the mention of zigzaging the path. I agree though, that's a lot going on for a shared private road.

I sorely miss my Volunteer Trail Stewards work days; trail 12 is in desperate need of rehabbing after last summer's logging, and our last work day, back in Feb., was brutal; it was 6" of peanut butter-textured mud, and we didn't come close to finishing. Also, +1 for crushed rock! It literally armors the trail.
WoofWoof Madness yeah it is, once I reconfigured my thinking, I saw it as uphill. Have a look at the angle of the trees, especially on the left. That should help.

Even boring is fun on Berm peak. I've got my own "Berk Hill" going in my backyard. A 2 foot deck and roll-in, a wooden roller, a dirt roller, and a berm at the bottom. The more dirt I can get from a local landscaper the more we will grow it. I've got an almost 6 year old who can rip it all, a 4 year old on a balance bike and a 2 year old on a balance bike who I help down all the obstacles. Thanks for the inspiration!
Wesley Alth you most likely live in a somewhat densely populated area and with this whole quarantine thing many people have been going outside for bike rides and walks. His town seemed smaller than other towns so I guess most people already have bikes or something like that.
Our local shop here in my Colorado city was only open for repairs. They weren't allowed to sale merchandise. Slowly the restrictions have started to lift, but there was a good month maybe even 5 weeks, where it was repair only.

I've heard many are selling bikes faster than they can get them in and customers coming in to get older bikes tuned up are through the roof.
People are buying bikes like crazy, even in germany and online. A friend of mine was looking for a new bike and they are all sold out, with waiting times of like 8 weeks. On a local trail where I usually see like 3 people, last week I saw about 30 and all of them men in their mid 50s on shiny new bikes with 0 idea what they are doing lol. I'll stick with the more challenging trails for now because they're as empty as ever

After watching many years of RUclips content, going from Casey Neistat, to Demolitian ranch. I have found a new favorite channel! The story telling is amazing! The only thing I miss is things about the house. Keep up the good work!
You could always use the wood chipper thing. Save the little chips that are cut up. And any spots on trails that are either too soft or just need a little help for riding, put the little chips there. It helps the soil kinda keep shape a little. Helps texture for riding and it’ll look good.
That would be really cool but he doesn’t have very much flat ground on his property to put one. I want to build a pump track sometime but they definitely take a ton of time and dirt.

There were some bad features/injuries as a result of his earlier builds. Mistakes happen, you adjust and try again.
