I love Tom and AvA. I drove a total of 10 hours to be able to attend this show. I was so excited to finally see Tom live again, and he did not disappoint. I was a little let down because he didn't do the acoustic Blink / Boxcar set he had been doing on the first leg of the tour, which would have been a dream come true, and no encore on top of that, but I am super thankful to have seen such a great performance. Thank you Tom, and thank you forever to my amazing girlfriend that helped make this possible!

You fully get it! I am always telling people that first off I'm returning a favor that I enjoyed as a teen that couldn't get to the shows I wanted to, and/or as a broke dude that couldn't afford to.
Not only that, but it's not hard to hold up a phone and keep it mostly-centered on stage while watching and enjoying it fully. :)

Plus I am happy giving back. Having access to live shows that I couldn't get to was everything when I was learning to play the guitar.
Everyone getting on people about taking video of concerts.. I get you. Despite holding my phone up I felt the same way when I saw guys and girls standing there TEXTING. Let me just explain that no way was I watching through my phone. Ever. I sang every word and stared into Toms glorious soul the whole time. Being able to watch this and relive it - and FEEL it - all over again is priceless. It beats any memory, if not enhances it, and I do not regret it. It takes me right back to where I was standing in disbelief that my hero was right in front of me kicking ass. Thanks, enjoy. ;)

Kiss and Tell is fantastic live, i am glad they didnt retire Wolfpack from the setlist, its amazing song and sounds great live too!!! But they should have kept Overload it was a killer intro song! Tom sounds great. Thanks you for the video. I need Ava to do a concert in Europe, best Slovakia but Vienna Austria would be good too :)

I went to the Minneapolis show on the 12th of December, there was a lot of moshing and crowd surfing. Tom really inspires people to dance and sing, God bless him.

Was very happy to see them perform Dry Your Eyes. Incredibly underrated song in my opinion. Thats what I love about AvA over Blink. Every Blink show pretty much performed the same songs over and over again, only the popular ones. Angels and Airwaves doesnt seem to leave any song behind and shakes it up every show, and they still play the lesser known songs.
I would love to see Blink perform songs like Kaleidoscope or Snake Charmer live but they havent once. AvA on the other hand is playing pretty much everything they have! Just my opinion

Tom sang great! He had a mic issue or something, but they cranked him up after about 20 seconds. I felt pretty blue-balled because I went expecting an acoustic Blink/Boxcar medley, and didn’t even get so much as an encore :( and he apparently did do it at this same place 3 months prior! FmL! Would have been a dream come true for me. Anyway, he kicked serious ass and I will never forget this night with my girlfriend! Tom inspires me and rocks my socks. He was hilarious as usual talking about Santa coming to crawl into our beds and do “shit” to our bodies 😂 Enjoy!
I waited 8 years to hear him play Boxcar racer There is......it gives me goosebumps typing this, it was worth the wait! Dont worry you will get to experience it someday! So glad Angel's is back!

@@justinTime077 bro I was supposed to go to Warped tour 08 in St.louis . My job at the time wouldnt let me off work so I missed the show. The show gets rained out so and they can't play. So AVA comes out and played acoustically!! Of course, Tom plays There is and still to this day I cant believe I missed that shit! Saw them in Chicago and he was playing there is randomly throughout the tour before the Chicago show......didnt play it that night tho haha. It's all good though Tom's an amazing performer and you can see the energy he is bring for this new tour. Buckle up guys, this next album is going to be something to cherish.....

What does that even mean? This isn’t an old band by any means. It’s like, just as relevant if not more than ever. All Tom is doing is finally returning to his band and putting in the work only a single man could.
@@justinTime077 its means many old bands- that became inactive due to the fact that they couldnt make any cash- have come back due to the fact that its lucrative again.

These guys are really good live..its hard when you have alot going on while recording and then have to do it live..these dudes pull it off very well..very impressive..the singing is also very good live..well done fellas!!

How much I love heaven, I miss the war. Everyone singing the final oh-oh with only drums and Tom. It sounded so special when I got to be part of that.
I totally agree. I saw some shows on RUclips where the crowd joined him in the oh-whoa-oh’s and I knew I HAD to be a part of it. I will never forget that. It was everything an AvA show should be. I just wish he played an acoustic boxcar + blink set too!
@@justinTime077 I appreciate he switched up for every tour. Blink has been pretty much starting and ending the sets with the same songs now since 2009 and pretty much keep there sets the same as well excluding new song and the enema tour. I saw them weeks after releasing California and there set was identical of the last time they came through with Tom except for Bored to death, built this pool and Dysentery Gary. I probably won't see them live again unless Tom goes back but i hope they change up their sets

they are SO good live ... took my 10 and 8 yr old, who wanted nothing more in life to see Tom live, to the 1st show at Marquee .... it was beyond incredible
that's awesome. very lucky kid. my mom didn't give a fuck about blink 182 when i was growing up and if they didn't reunite after I became an adult I'd have never had my dream of seeing Tom live with Blink come true. That was the best. I still feel the awe of that first time when Tom hit the low E of Dumpweed and screamed into the mic.. the feeling was real
This video is amazing ! I saw them back in September going again in about a week. I’m a fan of the setlist change. Clever love is one of my favs off the love albums (but I am a tad bit more of a Soul Survivor person myself). He sounded great in the majority of this but won’t lie I’ll be shocked if he keeps dry your eyes in the set, he seemed like he was struggling on that one. Can’t wait for the show !!

Glad they removed the acoustic parts.. blasphemy... it was a letdown for me. I may not have been so bothered to go if I knew it wouldn’t happen. It was my dream to see him play acoustic songs, and some Blink and Boxcar together was just the best thing I could have imagined. I never got to see Boxcar live, and definitely didn’t see Blink as much as I’d have liked since I was so young.

Saw them in New York in September, I’m gonna see them again in January in Connecticut! That will be my third time seeing them!!! My first time was the I-Empire tour in 2008!
Was awesome seeing AvA in 2019. Saw them in October and I was surprised to see that a lot of shows round the time of then through December were considered to all be solid Tom performances. Glad to see him make more of an effort live these days. Saw them back in 2012 when they were on tour for Love... those were darker days for sure. Their sound guys were off, the audio mixing was terrible, Tom barely sang and when he did... oof. The future is looking brighter for this band especially with how trash Blinks latest efforts have been.

The encore is Do it for me now and Heaven. That’s what they did for this tour. I went to a second show and they for real didn’t do an encore of those songs and they didn’t play kiss and tell. So that was a let down

Tom did say in an interview about Mark being cancer free recently that they’re talking about doing something… I doubt it’s going to be permanent, but I’d be happy for anything at all at this point.
I def don’t want an uninterested Tom to bother with Blink at this point. I didn’t really like Nine at all. California was fine, but I think that’s because they had a lot of Tom left to put into that.

He has to stay about 11 yards, (10 meters) away from kids. They weren't able to confirm tthere were no young ones (minors) in the first three rows AVA's lawyers advised him to stay up on the platform. However, what you just read was a bunch of BS. Lol Next time you catch a cab ask the driver to avoid going within 100 meters from all schools and playgrounds Watch how focused on getting you from A to B. Peace.
He's a ghost member...meaning he's dead inside and he isn't allowed to think for himself....hence his little ghosty stage. BRING BACK THE GURU ON BASS FROM 30 SECONDZ........I love AVA more than anyone here x.

It's a bit of a difference to hear the chorus of "I miss you" from Tom instead of Mark. That's why I think it's totally fine. Blink without Tom isn't bad, but there is one characteristic thing missing and thats Toms high pitched voice if you ask me
Guido Keck Tom is also a much better lead guitarist than Matt and usually throws in extra fills and riffs into Blink songs whenever he can.
