My 11 year old granson who lives with me has high functioning autism. But I can't get through to him very well about salvation. He said the sinner's prayer,and says he's saved,but am not sure he truly understands. I pray God will have mercy on him.

The greatest regret I have is that I wasn't saved early in my life. I ran from the Lord instead of accepting Him as my Savior. My daughter and granddaughter claim faith but IMHO there is no evidence of true saving faith. I saw a post the other day that said "If your faith doesn't change your life now, how can you expect it to change your eternity?!" Praying day and night for their salvation and for all the unredeemed who I know and love...and also those I don't.
I can’t imagine that the Lord would leave children here that are not saved, but cannot comprehend what that means to be saved. I was always under the impression that the Bible taught that it was up to the parents to teach the child. And if they didn’t understand, it was a burden on the parents not the child. I find it hard to believe that God would let any children suffer, who did not know him.
I believe that children from believers parent/s will go, my question is how about unbelievers, Muslims, Hindu ......

These teachers have mislead as to where the caught up occurs.
Rev 1:1 God revealed more details of last days to Jesus years after the resurrection, Jesus had John record it, hidden within the prophecy. These teachers use the caught up verses rather than teach what God told Jesus in the revelation.

When we get raptured our enemies may be happy, but on the other hand they may not because maybe even more people will believe in Jesus after the rapture because of watchmen and watch women doing their good work in the Lord.

This is the problem I have with so much theology, there is so much conjecture. This guy has no idea if children will be taken , he is simply giving an opinion. If it's not in the BIBLE you shouldn't be teaching others.
Proof the 70th week of Daniel was fulfilled in the past:
Based on Hebrews 12:22-24, the Messiah’s death in Daniel 9:26 cannot be separated from the New Covenant fulfilled by His blood at Calvary. See the words "church" and "mount Sion" and "new covenant" and "Jesus" and "blood" in the passage.
Are we supposed to believe the angel Gabriel appeared to Daniel to reveal the timeline of the Messiah who would fulfill the New Covenant promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34, and then the angel failed to even mention the New Covenant. Or, is the covenant with the many in Daniel 9:27 the same covenant with the many in Matthew 26:28? The 1599 Geneva Bible is the Bible the Pilgrims brought to America, before John Darby showed up on our shores about the time of the Civil War. What was the earlier understanding of Daniel 9:27 found below in the notes of the 1599 Geneva Bible?

Oh I pray all children go: that is so sad that they may be left. Devastated
God will take kids who can't understand or choose, no way he leaves them here
Please pray, I am going through a guardianship battle for our son. His dad has been in “the far country” & “of the world” for many years. We currently have 50/50 guardianship, his dad demands sole guardianship & sole control over son’s disability funds. I’m our son’s payee.
It’s not safe for our son spiritually & maybe not physically… the last two women his dad was involved with were abusive. I couldn’t do anything because there was not a mark to prove the abuse.
The Bible says to come to God with a child like attitude. It says to suffer not letting the little ones to come to me. The Bible says it would be better that a milestone be tied around one’s neck than to harm one of His little ones. I think regardless of a parents decision in Christ that the child will not be left behind.

When King David's little baby died, a product of his sin, he stated, "he cannot come back to me, but I will go to him". Many children died during Old Testament times due to their parents sin or by other means. They even offered their children up as sacrifices to Baal. However they died, they were received in the Kingdom of Heaven.

For sure God doesn't make mistakes. Book of Rev. says there will be "Gross" darkness upon the earth in end times, these are Last Days Praise God before being Caught Up ( Rapture ) . In my heart all children before the age of accountability will be caught up for our God is a God of Love & would not leave a child or baby behind in such "Gross" darkness. Sometimes preachers lose their intelligence, common sense and the knowledge of God's character. If one loses a childfrom death by a disease or accident, the Lord Jesus receives that child in Heaven whether or not it's parents are Christians. To suggest otherwise is ignorance of God's character. "Of such is the Kingdom of Heaven". To imply that childrenof non-christians will be left at the Rapture is denying God's love for these little ones, at best and ignorance at worst. Sorry, but it makes me angry when a preacher assumes things. If he doesn't know he should just keep his mouth shut !!!
I disagree with Mark Hitchcock also. He presented no sound argument for his position. It isn't the fault of the child if the parent doesn't believe and God won't hold that against any child.

I am disappointed that Hitchcock has this view on Rapture of children/babies. I can't fathom that the God I know would be so cruel, unjust or unfair. I wholeheartedly believe that God's infinite love, mercy and grace covers the aborted, miscarried, stillborn, babies, children, mentally handicapped, etc. To me, it would go against the very character and nature of God to leave them behind to suffer wrath that they do not deserve. Brings to mind the story of King David and his shady past and baby who died. Even the Word speaks that the child is waiting in Heaven for David. This should leave no doubt as to what a just, fair, merciful and loving Father that God is💕.

What if your praying for grandkids that are 5 and two months my kids believe just are ignoring what’s here cause there scared. They’re upset because they lost their brother that was killed in a church 7 yrs ago. My oldest don’t want to think her life is over when she’s has two little ones. So many I believe are telling my kids that what I tell them isn’t true

When God judged the world in the time of Noah, were all the children of the unbelievers rescued along with Noah? When God judged Sodom, did all the children of the unbelievers escape with Lot? No, only the children of the faithful were spared. Why would the time of the future Tribulation be different? Don’t these past judgements serve as models of what is to come?
I believe the difference between the flood and now is Christ died for the world. The old testament that wasn't the case. The new testament says before the age of reason. Only God knows what age that will be. I believe children will be saved but not sure up to what age. This is my discernment of the bi le.

Mark, I've listened to you for many years. I've enjoyed your comments and thoughts. For the 1st time that I can remember, that 1st question you answered has got to be the stupidest answer I've ever heard. Completely baseless
Tribulation will not last 7 years. NOWHERE in the bible does it ever mention a 7 year tribulation. However, it does CLEARLY mention a 3 1/2 tribulation period 5 TIMES in revelation and once in Daniel. Also there is no "mid-point" The "HE" that you are referring to in Daniel 9:27 is NOT the anti-Christ. Nowhere in Chapter 9 is the anti-Christ even mentioned. The he is JESUS. This is why "those days were shortened" and the tribulation is only 3 1/2 years. From Jesus baptism to the cross, his ministry was 3 1/2 years fulfilling the first part of the 7 years. You CANNOT say that the 69th week of Daniel ended on Christ's triumphal entry and then take that extra week and "slap it" somewhere in the back of Revelation. The math doesn't add up and has no biblical hermeneutics. The WRATH: Christians will always experience Tribulation, but we will never experience wrath. The "wrath you are referring to in 1 Thess. 5:9 is ETERNAL WRATH. If you read the entire verse in context, it says: for we are not appointed to wrath, but SALVATION in Jesus Christ. They have to match up. Salvation is ETERNAL. Therefore, the Greek word used here for wrath (Orge), is speaking of ETERNAL wrath, not tribulation wrath which we will not experience but will be protected until the rapture comes AFTER the tribulation, not before.
Jan's news coverage of world events is always spot on. But this "pre-trib rapture" teaching needs to stop. It's satanic in nature and starting to get very cultic. UFO's? Seriously? Bible is very clear we will go through the tribulation, be protected until the end and then be raptured just before Jesus sets up his kingdom. For us to be raptured "any minute" would be a very prideful and arrogant thing. What makes us so special while other Christians are dying in other parts of the world as they are being prosecuted daily?
