dear
excilent vedro seen regarding your transistor
function.
can you solve one question i stuck in this
circuit.
our one 12v5amp driver circuit in
4n60 mosfet connected with two
smd transistor one in positive and another is negative. our both transistor burnt and number not visible. both transistor is conected in oposite side i donot know which
smd number transistor both side fix on circuit for switching .
i fixeed one 2ty pnp and j3y npn transistor but out pit not coming. but on .mosfet Gate
side not showing only one volt.our positive dc voltage333volt and connected 2.20mega ohms resistor with mosfet gate . on mosfet gate only showing one volt.
