@@SpikeTheBear Yeh but that is pre-damage mitigation and it's phys damage so it's closer to 6% (4/3% against armor heavy tanks)

Healing reduction isn't overrated vs fiora. It's just that her healing isn't an issue in the first 5 levels really. But that is still the time when you gotta get the item so that you can shut her down when she hits six in lane.
