It is against policy to insist on having personal details for a complaint. This protects a citizen from retaliation. The sergeant only seems interested in identifying the auditor not in the bad behaviour of his officer. Does he think that when he treats the public in this manner they feel he won’t retaliate. I’m certain he just laughed. You won’t hear anything I guarantee. This is what has totally eroded my respect for the police. In fact its rapidly growing into total contempt
