    For power calculations, you need to show resistance also in calculations. Pc = Ac^2 / 2R

      Even if you consider the Negative sign, the result will not change as you are squaring the whole term and that nullifies the negative sign. Take the negative sign as a part if the amplitude itself

    Efficiency , as we learn you must double by 100% to get it in percentage , or you wanted just to show the basic form ?

      In percentage it changes from 0 to 100%, and in magnitude it changes from 0 to 1. It is true for any measurement system.
