The song organically gained popularity through word of mouth and resonated to students with its scientific lyrics about relationships. On December, it achieved first place on all the music charts in Korea, and held its spot on Melon for 43 consecutive days. It was being played everywhere in Korea. Eventually, Ditto took its place. This was like a second heyday for her if you compare the song to all her other releases. It eventually led her to being able to perform live more and release new music. Her new light stick looks like the event horizon black hole from the MV. 😂 I think your interpretation of the song is pretty spot on. The end of a relationship with an amicable breakup will lead to a new journey. If you haven’t seen it already, JiU did a cover of this song.
