अगर इस recipe में हम जो समाल साइज़ रोटियाँ हैं उसको नही तलेंगे तो झारखंड में बहुत ही ज्यादा लोकप्रिय एवम प्रचलित recipe "पीठा रोटी " के जैसी ही बन जाएगा यह । बस उसमे उरद डाल को भिगोकर उसका Stuffing भर के स्टीम मे पकातें है।
मैने आपकी अभी बतायी recipe ट्राई किया है सच कहुँ तो घर में बनी हुई ये पपड़ी बहुत ही स्वादिस्ट और कुरकुरे होते है।और 2 से तिन महिने आराम से चल जाते हैं
