It took me 3 weeks, every day practicing, and I wanted so bad to master it. After slapping my back, legs , face now i can have full control ove the double under cross and do it until I’m getting tired. Thank you for your video

Rushy please help. I can do double unders and cross double unders. but when I do it it's difficult to stop from arching my legs forwards. How can I disable my legs like you do and arch my upper body? As it's way more slick and controlled when you change from one to the other. 😁

Rushie one question though: I love the money rope. But for me it lasts only one month with everyday training. I only jump on soft tartan ground (e.g. basketball courts) How long does one rope last for you when you jump on the jump rope mat?
Eh man I would suggest getting his mat and only on a soft surface. I bought my first money rope last June, 4 months later it snapped but I was using it ocassionally on concrete🤔not the best idea. A tip change the position of the rope at the handles as thecontinuous rope turn wears it away over time as it did me. 😁

Nooo that's why I got the mat because I used to skip on a hard surface. but I did more skipping in the gym but I think more ware and tare was more due to the intensity I was skipping at I think. But as I say do reajust the rope so it doesn't ware away at the same point all the time.

After one year, I finally unlocked the double under cross over. The temptation for me is I think I need to jump the highest I possibly can. False. What helps is to do a few double unders first then into the cross doubles. Also, my hands need to be close to my body and not wide out. However, I would like to know how to avoid the punishing lashes on my back that I get when I transition from double under cross to side swing???
I get the double unders sometimes. What I don’t get is the Goin from 1 side uncrossed to the middle crossed then to the right uncrossed all fast. I think you did a tutorial on that but it’s still pretty tough. I’ve got a pretty average rope from target. Could my cheap rope be a problem?
I haven't seen any ropes at Target that I'd use. I actually have about ten ropes and ironically I started out with a start rope sold by Target. You could use a rush athletic branded rope. They are relatively cheap. I personally ordered some of the flexible PVC rope and got some premium Nike carbon fiber handles and it's all good now.

I really don't understand the difference. I have lots of trouble with these. I can do double unders easy. But once I add the cross it messes up my rhythm. I honestly do them better with the buddy lee rope but the ropes snap after a couple months.

Without tripping ?? At least at 8 minutes you will get tripping the more you do but it okay if it tripping just do and go continue the jumping
