How to Automatically Send Delayed Chatbot Messages

You can send messages to chatbot subscribers even if they did not click on the previous message in the flow.
To do this, place the “Pause” element after the message and connect it to the “Continue” button.
Select the condition under which the next message in the thread will be sent: always or only if the subscriber was inactive.
Then choose the time after which the next message will be sent and continue creating the flow.
