Right but MOST of the “side effects” are USER ERROR. You cannot do ANY weight loss regimen and starve yourself and not take supplements.
You NEED protein, Fiber, probiotics, WATER, multivitamins, etc.
Many people are just wasting away - common sense isn’t common.

Thank you Dr. Price, I have did just that made a life style change. On 08-07-2023 I went to Emergency Room thinking that I had food poisoning but I was suffering from my gallbladder which was full with gallstones. I was admitted that day and on 08-09-2023 I was having surgery to remove my gallbladder. When I came home two days later I decided then that I have to change the way that I look at food and what eat. I went from 275lbs to now 232 lbs. just by only eating fruits and vegetables and juicing no meats, no sugar nor salt. And I am still losing weight. I didn’t want to take any drugs to lose weight. I took wagovy for about 3 months lost 35 lbs passively but during this time I started walking and also started eating healthier.Constipation is definitely a side affect taking a stool softener eating plenty of vegetables helped with that.I don't think using it long-term is good however it did help me jumpstart my weight loss.Eating low sugar veggies and protein staying away from processed food is always going to be the better choice.Balancing your intake of the types of food you consume takes mental discipline and I won't lie it is still a struggle.

It's so uncomfortable, I literally thought I was dying from the pain. Ended up in ER with Dr 's dumbfounded on how to help me, only to eventually prescribe me a muscle relaxer. If gastropareses is already a problem, wtf world you give me yet another drug to relax (paralyze) My muscles (your stomach is a muscle, btw)??? I requested a discharge from the hospital and went home. I immediately fasted and ate only apples and grapefruit, prunes, etc. Anything that was going to loosen the stool and stimulate a proper bm. After two weeks, I was better, and my 6 month pregnant looking distended abdomen went down, and the pain ceased after a couple of days. Needless to say, I stopped the drug (trulicity) immediately and never looked back. The doctors didn't have enough information about how to recognize I was in crisis and dying and how to subsequently treat me while on this drug, even though I kept telling them I was on it and fears I was experiencing side effects from it. Btw, after I stopped, bc of the dietary change and newfound appreciation for life, I continue to lose weight and gain health naturally. If, juicing and exercise are the perfect prescriptions for me. Take care y'all, and be safe out here.

Too late now, 1 month lost 15lbs. I gained close to 25lbs during covid. Been working out for over 30yrs but I couldn't burn off the calories from overeating! Oh, had weight loss surgery in 2008 and was keeping it off all the way to 2021. During covid, almost no exercise and too much food and I just couldn't shake that covid weight so I got the semagluti de and within1 month, 15lbs ! That month gave me time to revisit my relationship with food and as a foodie I was really overeating. So now I get to incorporate exercise with alot less food. If I don't do it like that I know what will happen.

Dr. Price. This is the best information I have received from you. I'm 72 and I was on blood pressure medication. I began weight training with a trainer. When I back to my doctor she said what ever you are doing continue. My pressure went from 160/95 a lot of it had to do with stress at work. I took a leave of absence. Then another doctor wanted me to take a cholesterol drug because my cholesterol was elevated. I told him I'm going to focus on my diet and when I return for my physical if it has not decrease i will take it. I continued my weight training and changed my diet. My pressure decreased to 120/75 and my cholesterol decreased as well. I will not stop weight training. I walk 4 miles a day and move my bowels every day. I don't look at the scale i go by my clothes. My focus is on my arms because they became flabby when I turned 70. On my way to the gym to continue to build muscle Thank you Dr. Price. I have to do your cleansing. On. Y way to the gym.

I also ended up having back to back UTIs that no one could explain towards the end. It’s been 4 months since I’ve taken it now and I have gained about 10lbs back (I only lost 35lbs the entire time as my metabolism slowed down). Due to the slow stomach emptying I had an aversion towards high fiber foods (fruits and veggies) the whole time so I never was able to practice healthy habits. I miss not wanting to eat a lot but the magic turned on me at the end!!!

I don't use drugs.I use supplements instead.I take ibutrophen sometimes but not very often because I don't want to cause harm to my organs.I bought supplements to support my joints and reduce inflammation so I use ibutrophen less and less.I,m glad on the other video you inform us that ibutrophen causes high blood pressure because after hearing that I really going to take it far less or not at all.that was only drug I was taking so I can work.put I just use creams to rub on my painful areas instead.I take my fish oils liquid minerals and mushroom teas to cut down on inflammation.

Nope I will exercise and change my diet if need be. I’m not pressed about trying to loose weight rapidly that’s the worst thing to do. I never really had weight issues and semi athletic built. I know what works for me and stick to it. A lot of the weight loss drugs can cause severe health issues in the long run and will happily pass and stick to old school exercising or getting a personal trainer it’s not that deep to me. I just hate that society creates the image as to how people are supposed to look and weigh it can do a number on certain individuals. At the end of the day we all want to look and feel good inside and out.

When I looked in the mirror I was seeing anorexia. My eye pressure also went up and now I'm on drops. I gained every bit of that weight back when the Dr. took me off. I have type 1 diabetes and doctor put me on it and yes indeed, I remember being the shower feeling bloated, hot and cold at the same time, I felt like my skin was coming off or something, terrible feeling, its like my body was confused, I wanted to vomit but could not, felt like my sugar was low but it was not. I immediately stopped taking it and informed my doctor about the experience. It was terrible! Not saying this happens to everyone but I would not recommend it to no one. There is an old saying in my Bosnian culture for people who want to lose their weight which goes like: Pierce your spoon (Probuši kašiku). Simply explained, it means to eat less or reduce the size of your meals. You just can't lose weight if you eat like a king for breakfast, lunch and dinner. That is basically the best "Ozempic" you can think of.

@@reefreef1866 well she and her doctor need to discuss that. Because if she’s that immobile, she probably shouldn’t be on it at all. My mom is almost 70 and if she needed GLP meds, she’d be totally okay strength training to company muscle loss. She could do it now, actually.

After my traumatic experience with an ectopic pregnancy that I had no idea I was at increased risk for by finally deciding to give an IUD a try (10+ years of “maybe I should/shouldn’t”) I am waaaaaaay more cautious about the stats they advertise to sell versus the stats they hide until you’re sitting in a doctor’s office or emergency room trying to run down the list of what could be going wrong.
