La Historia de La Cascada Chorro de Doña Juana:
Doña Juana, una reconocida vecina del barrio Ala de la Piedra de Orocovis, era amante de los animales. En una ocasión divisó sus cerdos al otro lado del río. El día estaba nublado y lluvioso. Pero, sus extraordinarias habilidades para correr y nadar ríos caudalosos era insuperable. Sin embargo, ese día fue advertida por todos que iba a bajar el golpe de agua crecida, a todo lo cual le gritaron que no se tirara a cruzar el río. Ésta se lanzó despavorida para rescatar sus cerdos al río y el golpe de agua la arrastró río abajo, cayendo por tres caídas de agua y nunca jamás se supo de Doña Juana. Hoy día, se reconoce toda el área por donde pasa el río en el bosque como Doña Juana, terminando su identificación trágica en un chorro con tres caídas que se presume cayó la infortunada amante de animales y la naturaleza.

The History of the Chorro de Doña Juana Waterfall:
Doña Juana, a well-known resident of the Ala de la Piedra neighborhood of Orocovis, was an animal lover. On one occasion she saw her pigs on the other side of the river. The day was cloudy and rainy. But, her extraordinary abilities to run and swim mighty rivers were unsurpassed. However, that day she was warned by everyone that she was going to lower the floodwaters, to which they yelled at her not to jump across the river. She rushed in fear to rescue her pigs from the river and the rush of water dragged her down the river, falling down three waterfalls and she was never heard from Doña Juana. Today, she recognizes the entire area through which the river passes in the forest as Doña Juana, ending the tragic identification of her in a stream with three falls that the unfortunate lover of animals and nature is presumed to have fallen.
