I think Anton should be a judge or Co host.. It's not fair that he's given the novelty type acts
To be fair, so many dancers have been cut from strictly or moved to back-up, if it means he stays in the forefront of the show, I’m sure he doesn’t mind! 😊

I'm so glad Jackie has been eliminated first, not so surprised Jamie was in the bottom 2 mainly because he wasn't as well liked. Poor Anton barely gets decent partners, so bad he's ready for retirement.

@@freyawilson3623 It's not the point though. The point is, every year he has the worst dancer in the show so we don't get to see the best of him (he should be partnered up with Maisie to see what Anton is truly capable of)

@@platinumpen648 Anton is way older than Maisie - they'd never be a good match and somehow I doubt she'd be thrilled to get him either. Lots of factors go into partnerships other than fairness.
Emma Barton was a good dancer last year - we got to see what he was capable of with her.
I agree with the outcome. Jacqui and Anton did a great job doing their dance in the dance off knowing they were probably going to go home. Excited to see what will happen next week.

She seems to really enjoy dancing!! I feel so bad for her and Anton! But at the end of the day it’s about who danced better and that goes to Jamie. Imma miss Jacqui’s dancing doeee it was so enjoyable to watch!

An obvious choice really... he did kind of improve a little in the dance off with more confidence and polish. Jacqui was about the same standard as before. Jacqui took this well tbf and I hope Jamie can now come out of his shell more next week. Felt a bit bad for him

With no audience, this means there's almost no chance of the results getting leaked on line beforehand. The amount of times I was spoiled before Sunday last year. 😒🤣
They were leaked, I watch strictly with my family every week and my mum always looks on ‘Strictly Spoiler’.

He was and sort was in the final with Katie and was nearly in final in the first year not everyone he had was that bad.
Sad she got voted out! Her dancing was absolutely hilarious!
But Jamie was obviously better she wouldn’t survived a dance off against anyone.

Everyone here feeling sorry for Anton when the show clearly set up this vote by giving one of the non-dancers with the least dance experience a samba, notoriously one of the hardest dances (also spoken from experience).
Gotta be honest though if Anton had just done basics for both dances with less fluff around it maybe she could have learnt to dance not wave things about. She wasn’t talented but the choreography for a true novice didn’t really help.
GIVE ANTON GOOD PARTNERS HE LITERALLY GOT HIS FIRST TENS EVER LAST SEASON
Katie was also good though he never received a 10 from anyone for her.

People should stop saying Anton ONLY (although it's happened a few times) gets bad partners, he got to the final last year

Well I was hoping she might stay and improve, well for one week...
I feel so sorry for Anton, last year he made it to the semi-finals and his reaction was priceless and he always gets paired up by 40+ year olds who can't dance (no offence) and he works so hard and is the pro-dancer who has been on the show the longest.
He made it to the very end last year not semi finals
I don't know why so many people always feel Anton is so hard done by.
He's been there through 16 years of the show (without being cut a la Brendan), he's in his mid 50s with his fellow pros averaging 20 years younger, his Latin talents leave a lit to be desired, he *leans in* to the comedy thing when his partners are weaker to the point that it sometimes seems mocking.
He's doing perfectly alright for himself.

You can tell that Anton new he was going out, but to be honest Jaqui did horrible.

Probelm with her she was stiff and robotnic and Samba wasnt the right dance for her.
I agree. The samba needs to be strong, fluid and flexible but jaqui was just a little bit stiff.

I find Anton’s gimmick style dancing too predictable now. I think the audience is bored of it, it’s the same every year with just a different celebrity who can’t dance. Having him on the show is important as dancing is for all ages, and he is a better match for older celebrities. The focus with him should be to highlight how people of all ages can dance, so he should be given better partners. Aside from that, Latin dances really don’t suit him at all, so maybe he needs to play a different role in Strictly instead of a pro dancer role.
I don’t know why but I and a feeling Karen and Jamie where going to be in the bottom.. 😖

What happens when a professional teams up with a non-professional?
That's right, you got it, it's the scenario of "Strictly Come Dancing". If you
know nothing about which one is the professional and which one isn't , even to a novice
and untrained eye you will more-or-less, pick out the expert of the two. You'll
separate on the basis of physique...how they hold themselves etc. Now the
judges are experts in the field who will see way more than the common eye.
Did you know in the dance of life, we all have a choice to dance for the Creator
God who sent His son Jesus to die and save us? Or we dance to the devil's beat,
who wants to take us to the hell he is destined for?
The creator God is the one true judge and He's going to judge us out of His
accurate record book. We will all have to appear before His judgenment seat and
give account for our sins. He will not use unkind words with human criticisms to
judge us like "trotted round the ballroom like a drunk pony".
He will gauge all we are against the Bible and the person of His beloved Son
Jesus.
You can come to Jesus right now, just as you are. Open your heart to Him.
Find a Bible, that's how God speaks to us. Tell Him what's in your heart, the way
you'll talk with a trusted friend, that's what we call prayer.
Your life will change for the better as you grow in relationship with Him.
