Beetle breeding in Chiang Mai

Mr . Suttha "Bin" Ek-Amnuay is CEO of the Siam Insect Zoo near Chiang Mai. He is also one of the foremost breeders of beetles in Thailand. Have a look into his breeding room and other things for beetle breeders in the zoo shop.

Bran is frequently used to aid fermentation of the sawdust in order to produce a consistently high quality flake soil. It also contains trace minerals and a small percentage of protein, all of which is beneficial to larvae.
