Just started crocheting for the first time today. I’m mad because I kept getting confused so now I’m just watching videos of people making cute stuff to keep me motivated lol. I love the colors you’re using.
omfg i remember when i first started crocheting i literally spent 5 hours on a beanie i literally could not get right so I FEEL U!!! hope that you decide to try again and thank you for your kind words :)
I’m new to around a month or two but it helps to watch videos of how to do the stitches first!! Also thanks so much for making this video I have a lot of chargers and my bunny love to chew on them so this will help and I would love to decorate them because it’s super cute so thanks so much for making the time to make this video
It's ok to not understand 🙂 when I first started, I could barely even make slipknot 😹 but I've kept practicing and made a few cool things so far. There's always room for improvement!
Great camera angle and explanations, this is exactly what I was looking for! I finished the vine last night and now it's time for the flowers and sprouts. I already wanna do it to my other chargers and to my mom and sister's LOL! Thanks so much for sharing this!
@@BeaCurious7 I keep coming back to this because I can't remember the pattern for the flowers LOL! But just had to say again that I love this video so much, it is the best!
Mini flower pattern 🌸 Chain 4, sl into 1st chain 5 sc into middle Sl into 1st sc with petal color Hdc ( from now on all into same stitch for this petal) Dc Hdc Sc Chain 1 and slip stitch into next stitch Repeat but sc before u start with the first hdc! After ur done with the 5 petals slip stitch into the very first chain u did on the first petal Pull and cut! ( feel free to correct me )
Very cute and used this to wrap my cord. Unfortunately couldn’t do the flowers because they were so small and it was very difficult to keep track of the chains + continuously stitch into the same chain because of how small it was. I just had trouble seeing anything with how tiny and tight it was so I might try larger flowers instead. Beautiful tutorial though!!
Can you teach how to weave in the yarn? i'm pretty new to crocheting so idk anything i'll just be following your hand movements to do the project. Also love how you included the parts of the yarn getting stuck makes me feel less lonely and unskilled because we all struggle
Hii!! I really like this charger cover but I have a question. When crocheting the cover the stitches stop spiralling after crocheting the chunky bit of the charger. Am I doing this wrong, is so could u tell me how to fix it? Thank uu❤
hi :) totally normal for it to not spiral (mine isnt spiraled at all). if you prefer the spiral look, you can just twist/adjust the stitches once you finish the entirety of the charger to make it look the way you like! hope this was helpful
I like that shade of green better than mine. My green is a brighter green but I like the darker less intense green though I like how mine is turning out even though all I have are 2 or 3 sets of leaves and a fully covered charger
I think so, my charger doesn’t get hot but i the box part does, so i would say just stay away from the box lol. I was worried at first, but then i realized my charger is always touching my blankets or carpet so surely its fine lol.
Hii! I have a question, I would really love to make this because it’s super cute, but how much yarn did you use to cover the cable, with the leaves too? (Excluding the flowers) I really wanna make it but I’m not sure if the 60g of yarn I have is enough. Thanks! Edit: my yarn is on the thinner end, it is about a size smaller than yours, I’m using a 4mm crochet hook w it.
I am making it removable by making a really tiny magic circle and then I just keep going around and around and around it uses a lot of yarn though I realized it’s probably be better if you use smaller yarn bc it is kind of chunky.
@@emmakline5154 wow sounds like a great idea but I'm still confused like where do we need to make circle and all. Even so, thaaaaank youuuuuu sooooo much for this little trick😭
Leaves make a loop chain 4 skip 1st chain single crochet half double crochet single crochet slip stitch chain 4 skip 1st chain single crochet half double crochet single crochet slip stitch pull a loop through pull long cut
this is super. ute but i literally can't get past the beginning 😭 i don't understand bc it keeps going up when i do the single crochets not sideways onto the charger
oh no! im sorry youre having trouble! it sounds like youre not putting your hook under the charger cable when youre pulling the first loop onto your hook! when you start a single crochet, you should have one loop on your hook. then take your hook, put it UNDER the charger cable, grab the yarn and pull another loop onto your hook. then you take your hook (now with two loops on it), and pull a loop through both loops. This will then leave you again with one loop on your hook! Hope this is helpful!
Hi, I also have this question but referring to minute 4:10. It's my fist time crocheting ever and I'm still kinda helpless. I would be really happy about some tips ^^ Thank you so much have a nice day! @@BeaCurious7

Unplug it before you crochet.

awesome, good idea!
Hello. Love love love this cord cover. Do you by chance have the pattern available in written instructions/PDF?
Starting to make it!
Gave up😅

@@BeaCurious7omg thank u so much I love this design and I was stressing while crocheting. 😭Love the video and appreciate the advice 💗💗
I just might try this, because I need more creative ways to hide cords!
Nice work
how do i weave it in (as mentioned in 4:10 )?

If you do s surgeons knot ( instead of going under once do it twice. Your knot will not slip
Is it safe for charger???
I think so, my charger doesn’t get hot but i the box part does, so i would say just stay away from the box lol.

this is too cute!!
thank you
Are you able to remove the charger and replace it?
Love this! I’m gonna try it with rainbow yarn ❤
4:06 do you knot the string before hiding it?
Very pretty
thank u :)
How’d you leave the rest of the remaining yarn into the leaves and flower petals
Hi I forgot to ask is it fire hazardous ?
It shouldnt because chargers have a layer of protection
Yall r lying if u say this is easy
Omg its so cool bit the flower its litle hatd to do
How did you attach the leaves to the charger?🫶
I think she do the same as when she attach the flowers to the cable
What if it results in fire due to heat being traped ????:((
Love this
thank u iroh ;)

hello!! would you still be able to remove it??
I've been looking for it to make it removable also. Did you get any ideas on how to do it?

Can we remove this from the charger?
I don't think so.
Nope once u do it its stuck there
you can just cut it off
The sucking your teeth was SO obnoxious.
