I love it, the electrical system the air system, reworked suspension, solar, the bed system, rear tire and outer storage box, job well done
Beautiful van! Absolutely incredible build quality! I'm really impressed (and jealous)!
Best interior layout I've ever seen in a van!
One thing that I truly enjoy in this build is the dearth of televisions. Thank you very much for your time and effort.
Not bad. A few things I would have done differently like the wrap but the interior looks fire 🔥🔥🔥
WOW! That's an awesome build. I'd sure be happy with it.
Simple, powerful, thoughtful and sturdy designs which don’t lead to cramped living.
This vehicle is very functional and spacious for outdoor living including equipment like skis.
Security is enhanced with all the systems accessible from within the vehicle.
Brilliant culmination of form and function, with a perfect spec for me. I like the extra space the 170ext provides, and willing to sacrifice some approach and departure angle for it. Great use of space and heaps of storage. Excellent build!
Wow. That's a quality-built beauty. Thanks for the in-depth walkaround.
Super clean and highly functional build. Warm floors would be nice plus recirculating shower water 😀.
This is the best I have seen in terms of utility. Impressive. I personally think the finish of the walls and ceiling -sort of like a carpet is a bit pedestrian, and given how much this must have cost looks kind of cheap to me, but it's a very lovely vehicle.
Just one word, WOW 😳😍
Greetings from Germany ✌️
Wow such a really nice design overall, the bed surprised me in a good way! Seems really comfortable. And with all that power!🔋 Beautiful van 🚐
Loved the bed concept - best I've seen. The auxiliary passenger seats are well thought out and make a great lounge/dining area. Also liked the shower which is smart and compact. But I've got to say that wrapping the vehicle matte black and then cooking up a big charging system to AC it cool seems like a lose-lose. Don't show it to the tree-huggers!
its NOT their idea. Thy should have credited others who have been making these beds for years
Even 007 needs one !! A masterpiece of engineering . Really impressive and professional work. Bravo !!
First thing I noticed is the white lines showing around the door/side window, needs the door shuts wrapping!
I was just about to say the same thing. I thought maybe my RUclips settings were wonky.
excuse my ignorance... why not just paint it instead of the wrap?
@@deathngravity paint is more expensive and you can't get matte/chrome colors I think. Also if you're leasing from a dealer, you're not allowed to change the car's color. wrap also protects the paint and cheaper to repair especially if you need to return the car after the lease is up. might be other reasons but this is what i know.
@@PWCDN Thanks! Makes sense

Nice job! Titan Vans does quality work.
I love how you build vans and rv's in the USA ❣️
It's different to the van's here in Germany... a very special style ❕
Nice solutions for many things 😁👍🏼
My favorite rv /van here in Germany is Volkner ❕
But your class A Rv's very spectacular too ‼️👌🏼
Love from Berlin 🇩🇪
EU is sick regarding stupig weight limits that we have since 50's last century. Now we have all systems, like ABS, power brakes, power steering and all that but still 3500 kg limit!
@Titan Vans: what is the weight of this big boy?
@@Chris.Mechanic Fu*k the EU ❕😅
There was a Austrian politic guy... what was against the EU... he would find dead in his car ❕
They said, he was drunken and have a problem with his car... but he doesn't drink ❕❔🤔
It's the same, like the tree African presidents last year, which not do the Corinna thing... they died on misterous ways ❕🤷🏻♂️
If you tell the truth... You need a fast horse ❗😏
It's so sad in Germany... nobody smiles... all people are depressed.
I have a dream... from free people, what tells her thoughts in EU and all other countries... without regulations from YT, Twitter and Co ❕
Free speech 4 everywhere 👈🏼❣️
Perfect van. Nothing fancy but everything practical. Would only add a fan in the bathroom and the passenger seats would put a track from left to right to give some space between the seats.
If I went to pick up my $200K custom van. I’d be very upset with that wrap. Everything else so so great, can’t believe the wrap wasn’t corrected before showing it.
Agreed, it looks very poorly done….
I would prefer LineX instead of the wrap.
Love the double Murphy bed, super cool idea & love all the storage. Think I would sacrifice one of the cupboards under one side of Murphy bed as a pull out seat.
Great idea!
Great build and this walkthrough can also be a drinking game. Take a drink every time this guy says “little”.
You guys are artists. My god. I’m hitting you up when I can get a van customized.
AWESOME ... look how far the van conversions have come. Just fucking awe inspiring ...
I mean, absolutely superb. Compared to the stuff out of Elkhart, this is the best B class I have seen.
Love the van. If I hit the lottery, I'll be calling you.
Near the end of the video you mention a new flywheel. Did you actually pull the engine and put in a new flywheel??
@@kleinbiker1 you don't have to pull the engine, but you do have to take the whole front end apart, bumper, grill, radiator, etc. To get access.
@@TitanVans how can you change flywheel without separating engine and trans?
@@noprefixamerican4743 Its the front drive pulley that drives the alternator, water pump, fan, etc. This has to be pulled and replaced with a pulley that adds a second belt position.
The bed/workbench option is so smart, great place to wax your skis or work on a bike
Great design! Very neat, very practical; attention is paid to details. The presentation is succinct, smooth and enjoyable to watch. Well done!
Thanks for watching!
I like the Murphy type of beds and double Murphy’s are a great idea. I love having a hidden bed with space to walk or sit that’s what I’m looking for. Very nice build though! As a retired vet that’s what I’m hoping to get so I can chill on the road
As a retired vet I'm wondering what being a retired vet has to do with it...
@@audible67 Good to meet another vet :)
Love the bed design. Very clever
I LOVE IT!! TOTAL FREEDOM
Thanks for the idea😀 I’ll build an exactly same rig.
Loved the build, great job. Please pay attention to the details though.... you missed on some of them. Look forward to the next build you guys do
this thing is amazing. i need one
Wow! This is a beast! Love the "simple" highenda, hightech design. Looks like its made to use it! Great build
It definitely is!
This is the best layout I have ever seen!
Cloth wall behind the cooktop? Brilliant.
Mate, this van is sick! I just need to convince my wife that we really need to build one in Australia. Your build quality is top shelf. Great work, love the build videos
Andy Hardwick please watch @werollwithit bruce banner van
Very practical every aspect. Love the creativity!
SUPER innovative, smart and on point. fantastic vision and execution.
Looks great 👍. except tooo dark inside and outside. Thank’s for sharing.
Wish the bathroom had a vent fan in it, but very cool build.
Beautiful van. Thank you to share with us
I definitely wasn’t expecting that amount of solar on the roof, oh boy I’m very impressed
Good for staying in Alaska all Summer, lol
I'm glad you responded to my comments.
I like the split murphy bed. One on each side.
Was wondering about the seam in the middle as far as comfortably.
Also do you do rear shower, toilets?
Unbelievable build, and an even more amazing tour, possibly the best van conversion video on RUclips!
Thanks Sam, glad you enjoyed it!
@@TitanVans how much exactly did this van cost to fully build? I've been wanting one just like this and want to know how much to save up.
@@michaelskinner8411 Pricing can be found at Titanvans.com
The best MotorHome! In the wold and adventure!
awesome. keep the videos coming.
This would be a dream come true to have wow
the sink and cooker worktop is superb though.
This Mercedes Sprinter is AWESOME!!! Great Video guys!!
Thanks, glad you enjoyed.
That van looks amazing
You did an incredible job of taking us step by step on this van, very professional. Love the van!
Hahahah white jams... For this price. Id be furious at that price.
Compared to many other van builds, this looks like a first version prototype. It has lots of potential, but also quite a few issues.
This car Amazing! Great work!!!
Love this van! Need this van. However, have kids. Could you put a pop up top on this exact van to create a second sleeping area up above?
We can do just about anything! We have done vans with pop-tops, roof-nest, sofa sleepers, you name it!
@@TitanVans: Thanks! Great unit!
What is the heating system. Living in co we do alot of shoulder and winter camping. No bugs!
Maybe get another wrap „specialist“. This is the worst work ever. This beast deserves better.
I happen to like it.
What's wrong with it?
Maybe it depends on personal preferences, but i think it is just not done properly and looks like „come on, i don‘t like white, can you just give me a grey outside? We‘ll shoot a Video in 4 Hours...“
„Yep, i can make it look grey, but i won‘t be able to Cover the inside, the edges and folds properly. Just don’t Open the doors for the Video and stay away More than 6 meters while shooting, so no one will recognize it.“
You can see all the white in the lines between panels. If that’s what someone was looking for I guess but if they didn’t specifically ask for that it doesn’t look good at all. I’m can’t imagine what they paid to have the wrap stop short on the hood.
Great build, always like seeing what you guys do. What light is that in the rear that pivots? Its a great idea. I think I have seen you put those on the sliding door as well.
Great design and feature set. Thank you for sharing this.
worst wrap ever!!! the whiter door jams steals all your attention both when the doors are closed or open
For a build that cost upward of $20K (my guess), a better wrap that included door jambs and edge seams of the trim or a full paint job should have been done to this rig.
I was wondering if that was intentional...could that possibly have an effect on 'radar'???🤔
@@filterfreephotography only $20k. You’re way off on this build cost estimate.
@@clintroberts1 Yeah, I agree. I forgot a zero and should have added a plus after the $20K... $200K+. I know it is still low, but depending on the quality of materials, it could be a lower cost build. If you look at the wrap, I would not feel confident about the quality of the remainder of the build, if you know what I mean.
New 170wb Sprinter 4x4 conversions are closer to $200k than $20k. Many are $300k+
I’m a veteran moving to Montana.. Man I Wish i had $190k... pretty sick build, but I would of made is winter cammo.. lol when this dodge coin breaks out to $10 a coin... we’re doing some business and i will pay the rush fee!🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼
That was cool system, surprised of amount of electric power, fantastic designed, also simple to used.tnku
All that great workmanship and attention to detail and the black wrap on a white paint job just looks brutal.
The wrap was customer requested and installed by another company.
💯looks so sad and cheap. Awful.
@@redstone5149 nice thing about wraps, you can always take them off.
If the rear of that van can support a queen size mattress then I’d rather have a full time bed with a super comfortable queen sized mattress like a Beautyrest or Tempurpedic or whatever.. Access the garage via the rear doors and a small compartment up front inside the van. That would be my ideal set up.
Beds : I’m still waiting to see a van with an Alucab style roof top bed. The style where they “lift” the roof to create the bed, as installed in some Land Rover 110’s & Land Cruiser Troupiess.
look at jarrod tocci ghost van tours video. he has doone the tour of the first one in in the country
Great van, in mine I had a water heater plumbed in to the engine cooling system that was a heat exchanger and electric so that after just 20 minutes driving, the water was fully heated and stayed hot for over 24 hours and therefore no need for electric but handy to use electric for extended stays, also you may want to look at diesel cooking to save electric use. Awesome ideas you guys are using and very innovative, well done guys.
We have used diesel cookers and decided against them. 30-45 minutes to heat up and longer to cool down. For the water heater, cutting into the coolant lines voids Mercedes warranty. We opt to keep the two systems separate and just use the electric option. This can still be used while the engine is running, though does require you to turn the heater on, and not use any of your battery power as it will be powered by the alternator electricity.
@@TitanVans Thank you for the reply, very informative and I see the issues, you have it covered. Great vans, I wish you guys every success.
the best i,ve seen ......great work man
17:24 You should cover all the edges of the entire cabinetry with aluminum like that shelf.
Is this particular van build truly a four season van? By that I mean does it have added wool insulation throughout?
It is fully insulated, we prefer Thinsulate to wool.
I just came across the video. Very impressive work , high quality, and well thought out. I'd buy a van from you, just because. I don't even need one
DUDE GREAT VAN !! Well Done !!
Excellent planning, crazy versatility, definitely designed for arriving heavy😉
one of the coolest build every
I love this build!
Beautiful van with great detail.
I would go get your money back on that wrap job
Why ?
@@chrisnoren777 because whoever did it did a horrible job
Heyyyy I spy our van!! We love it. Thanks Titan!!!! ♥️
Thank you guys!
Oof some of the comments on here... haters gonna hate lol! Keep up the great work :)
Congratulations! Its an incredible build. I'm sure you guys will enjoy it immensely.
None of those hater comments will ever have anything like it ;)
@@Evanderj thank you! 😊
Is this your van build? I would like to do the same for my van
Overall I like it, however I want a king size tempurpedic mattress in place full time take out all the upper cabinets and add a swivel 40 inch hd flat screen, take out the dinnette for a bigger shower stall, and I’m good to go, that’s my build A+
Grew up fishing and camping in n.california.....would loved to have a van instead of my 1986 jeep comanche....in Ireland again 7plus years but miss my california outdoor life...awesome van...incredible build
Who ever wrapped this thing Id bring it back. I get wrapping it just on the outside to save some money, but good wrappers make sure to wrap it around the seams, and terminating under the window seals for this very reason so you can see any white from the out side
I just wish the Sprinter was a few inches wider.
Then you should check out the B plus models like Leisure travel Vans, Airstream Atlas and the Winnebago Navion.
Such an Awesome rig!
Thank u some much you explain every thing
U make the diferences😆💪
Overall I like most of the layout and build ideas in this van and it gives me some ideas for a future van build for myself. However, there are a couple of negatives for me and one of them is the wrap which is not impressive. The other negative is the dark interior which makes it seem like a cave as opposed to a pleasant living space. It's a small space to begin with and lightening up the interior paint and finishes would make it so much more inviting and livable. Just offering a bit of constructive criticism from a female perspective.
My OCD drives me crazy seeing the white lines from all the door cracks. Should paint the door jams black so you don’t see white lines every where against the dark wrap. But cool rig.
Love the build but the original white bleeding through every seam on the wrap ruins it for me. If you would have wrapped the door sills and around the windows it would be perfect
Best Murphy bed I have ever seen!!!
Thanks! We've already made some changes that we think make it even better, check out our Metis build video.
The bed is brilliant idea!
I really like it. And want to know how much it cost.
300 thousand for the wheels, 3 million for the rest
Wheels optional
They never tell you. At least 225k. It's cool but not for that much.
I don’t understand why reviewers don’t mention the price. It’s useless to see all these things without knowing the price. Useless.
Is it me, or is the original body white still visible in like all of the seams?
was this camera person 4 foot??
What if they were?
@@TitanVans Just asking coz the recording/ camera skills imo weren’t great. Cinematic were alright tho
@@MysticMarble So short people dont have great camera skills, got it.
@@TitanVans just shush did i say that tho. i mentioned height coz the camera was constantly so low just pointing right up to you.
@@MysticMarble Mmhmm, 🩳
Awesome van build guys 10 out of 10 🤑
Love this build, would swap the cassette for a dry flush Toilet, elsewise its pretty darn awesome.
what does “super cool” even mean?... everything van build is super cool these days... I am really getting “super cool” lost-in-translation fatigue. And, “hand-made”? Aren’t all van builds made by hand? Havent seen a van buiid by a robot yet.
It's one tier above "cool" and one tier under "super duper cool" ,2 tiers under "super duper duper cool" 😅
Stfu dude. You know what that means?
I think some vans are mass custom made, like earthroamers
Marketing. But yeah, since this style of presenting is being used everywhere these days it kind of becomes more of a joke. If everything is the greatest then nothing is really the greatest anymore. I thus try to look at the boring specs first and only then decide about optics and fancy stuff. All this fluffy marketing talk just annoys me more than it helps.
The underpaint shows on the gaps
For being the extended van I felt the shower could of been a little larger and the toilet raised a little, but as you stated it was as the client wanted, not a fan of the bed arrangement either, but electrical engineering of the van is excellent..
Oh WHOW ❣️👍🏼
In Germany we have the TÜV and u can't have the bumper and other things ❕😔
It's so nice build this van 👌🏼
Love from Berlin 🇩🇪,
Ramsi 😘
This seems like the kind of Van for rich people that get tired of living in a 7 bedroom house so they decide to put their house on wheels. This is the nicest van on the market hands down especially if your looking to live in a Van.
Certainly got a lot packed in it!
Nature doesn’t stand a chance against the hipster in that van.
Love this van
Love the wrap. Did the customer order hearing protection for how much noise the tires will make on the highway? This is where the large majority of the driving will be done.
