Sorrel Leaves with Palm nuts Cream and Smoky Ribs/Ngaingai na Mosaka/Congolese Foods

  • Part1
    Clean your ribs and place them into a boiled water for 5 minutes.
    wash the sorrel leaves properly with cold water and boil for 5 minutes then drain the water.
    Blend one onion, 2 or 3 spring onions, 2 large garlics and three table spoons of plum tomatoes.
    Part2
    Place the cooking pot on the cooker, add palm nuts cream inside, followed by the blend sauce then allow to cook for 3 minutes and keep stirring the sauce.
    After 3 minutes, add the smoky ribs and sorrel leaves into the sauce followed with a glass of water then leave to cook for 20 minutes.
    After 20 minutes, check the food for mixing it with wooden spoon and add a little salt if necessary.
    Ready for serving.
