Thanks for the tutorial. Your tutorial inspired and helped me construct my own version of excel document with Acute:Chronic workload ratio. Though I have to point out that the calculations for your Acute:Chronic workload ratio is not correct, and if does not take into acount the days you do no training. If you're interested I would gladly send my version :)
Excellent video, clear easy to follow instructions. Question on the Acute:Chronic calculation. Typically you would use 7 day rolling/ 28 day rolling or the similar ratio based on what has been published. In this video you are doing the training load for that day divided by the 7 day rolling avg? Wanted to confirm as it's not mentioned.
Amazing tool!! Can you do a video how to send RPE message to the player automatically and the answer to be added auto to the excel or google sheet. Thanks!!
The workload video have been excellent. Is there a way to set/show the overall Acute workload for a week and then the overall chronic workload for 3/4 weeks?
Dear Sir Good Day Just finished your workload video on RUclips I've a question In 4 weeks block Like Week 1,2,3,4 I'm calculating ACWLR from Week 5 Now it is ACWLR for Week5 or for Week 4? I mean I've write it Infront of W5 or Week4
Hi, thanks for the great content, Is there a way to include 2 a days in the calculations? so far, when I have two sessions in the same day, the chart doesn't recognize they are different sessions
@@DSMStrength Thank you, More specifically, I'm wondering if I can use unique session titles instead of dates in these formulas. For example, a practice titled 8/18/22 Offense and another one titled 8/18/22 Defense. I'm currently experiencing a Div/0 error when using unique session title instead of dates.
The workload vids have been unbelievably helpful especially the formulas section. Thanks so much for doing this 👏🏾👏
Oh wow coach, thank you so much for checking out the videos! i am glad you found value in them!!

You should likely just invest in an AMS system

I believe I have a few videos on how to deal with multiple types of sessions in the same calculations.

Is there a way to just keep it to a month. I will be tracking from January to October and think that this will just end up being a very large graph
What video do I need to complete first before moving to this step? I am starting from a completely blank slate. Thank you!
i would start at the beginning of the workload videos
Hey,
I'm having issues adding the named range to the graph, I keep getting an error. Have you run into this? If so how do I fix this?
I dont know what the error is.. but make sure there are no spaces in your named range
