I almost purchased a 12 Pro Max I compared it to the 13 6.1” and the performance, screen, and camera sold me. It is the Midnight color which has a dark blue hue to it. The Oled screen is great.
I am almost 80 and just purchased an Apple watch and iPhone 13. It would be appreciated if you could slow down and make comments as simple as possible. I'm sure the younger crowd wouldn't use it, but more of us elders are slowly moving into the 21st century and appreciate all the help we can get. I will be watching over and over until it sinks in. I hear that! It's not just "elders!" I needed to slow the video too. You can slow down RUclips videos. At the bottom right edge of the video you should see a little gear icon, click that and it will pop up a few settings, one is "playback speed."

Got the 13 Pro in Sierra Blue Friday, upgraded from the 11. Love the phone, but boy is thing HEAVY! I’m typing this on a naked phone bc I had to take the case off for a moment to get some relief. Hopefully I’ll adjust to the weight soon. Great video as always.

Just a minor note because you said otherwise, but when scrolling through Safari it should refresh at 120Hz too, right? That’s what makes scrolling so smooth, it’ll only drop to 10Hz when the display is static, such as when reading or viewing an image, or 24, 30 or 60Hz if watching a video at that frame rate. All forms of scrolling on any app or website should be at 120Hz.
I swear I’ve used macro on earlier iPhone/s. I can’t remember which one because I was using iPhones from the beginning then I remember one day looking for it and trying to focus on something close and it no longer worked. I was like, “When tf did this happen?! Why would they change it?” I miss the old days before they made iPhone tiers. The fact they blatantly try to encourage you to seek the higher status one so you’ll feel aware & insecure if you don’t have the “best” model. Got so sick of it I refused to get a new phone until my iPhone actually broke to the point where I couldn’t use it anymore… But then my mother bought me an iPhone 13 for Xmas. Probably because I’m still on a iPhone 7 but if it works it works. So I was low key mad she bought it for me. I mean, I don’t even know what iPhones are out rn what if this one is a piece of shit? Ugh no home button? Tried asking a friend how does he open his phone and he just shrugged. 🙄 I remain highly unconvinced. I feel like you turned off so many great settings of an iPhone. Everyone should definitely give them all a try first to see if they like them before just turning them off. A lot of those default settings are very useful.

Just picked up an iPhone after being on Android for 10+ years. Dang there are a ton of settings to configure. Being a software engineer, I have been able to figure out a fair chunk of them, but this was very helpful in knowing more specifically what to look at first / for sure have configured.

I got mine 3 days ago (10 September 2024) iPhone 13 Green, as a first time user ... I am sooo inlove with the phone hey. Just today it updated to iOS 18 (beta) some of the settings are already standard like for the musik setting it to Lossless... Otherwise this is a great phone hey, I was using Galaxy Note 10 lite for many years so upgrading to iPhone 13 in 2024 is still too dope for me.

no matter what case someone suggests i don't trust them as i have ordered a couple of phone cases for my iphone and i dont trust them when it says drop protection as i have seen a lot of damaged iphones even though its in a case
Unlock with Apple Watch isn't working. I upgraded from an iPhone 12 running iOS 15.0 RC and a watch series 6 using Watch OS 8 RC. I'm experiencing a n error“Unable to communicate with Apple Watch”. when I set the watch unlock feature. I've removed the betas and installed the released version--same issue. USB C faster charging probably slightly reduces how long your battery will last (calendar life), so USB A is still not a bad idea.

I got mine 3 days ago (10 September 2024) iPhone 13 Green, as a first time user ... I am sooo inlove with the phone hey. Just today it updated to iOS 18 (beta) some of the settings are already standard like for the musik setting it to Lossless... Otherwise this is a great phone hey, I was using Galaxy Note 10 lite for many years so upgrading to iPhone 13 in 2024 is still too dope for me.
I got a question you know how when you unlock the phone you drag up from the bottom will all of a sudden it doesn’t do that and when I unlock my phone I can’t get out of the notifications screen what do I do

Unlock with Apple Watch isn't working. I upgraded from an iPhone 12 running iOS 15.0 RC and a watch series 6 using Watch OS 8 RC. I'm experiencing a n error“Unable to communicate with Apple Watch”. when I set the watch unlock feature. I've removed the betas and installed the released version--same issue. A quick internet search indicates that some people are experiencing this issue and that Apple support has no solution.
