I think in this type of reports data analysis, I don't think that can be done inside Maximo, I'd rather to use external tools just only give me an access to your maximo database, I can do that thru Java Web Application Development, because I done that type of reports. It will give you real time result of the reports as per maximo database change. No worries for me.
