Certainly, I've been consulting with a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) since the outbreak. Beginning with an initial fund of $80k, my advisor makes decisions on when to enter and exit positions in my portfolio, which has now expanded to around $350k.
Since 2019, my portfolio has shown little growth. I'm considering consulting the advisor who assists you; I'm eager to enhance my retirement fund, especially as I plan to retire in three years.

Look up dividend aristocrats. Pick six to ten from that list. Those companies have a track record of 25+ years of paying dividends. Also, its advisable you work with a financial advisor to help set up a well-structured portfolio.
Apt!! I was self-managing my portfolio but suffered heavy losses in 2022 and i knew i couldn't continue like that, so i consulted a fiduciary advisor. By restructuring and diversifying my $250k portfolio with dividend-paying stocks, ETFs, Mutual funds and REITs, I significantly boosted my portfolio, achieving an annualized gain of 55%.

Recently bought some recommended stocks and now they are just penny stocks. There seems to be more negative portfolios in the last 3rd half of 2023 with markets tumbling, soaring inflation, and banks going out of business. My concern is how can the rapid interest-rate hike be of favor to a value investor, or is it better avoiding stocks for a while?

Very true, you can be passively involved in the markts and still amass wealth-gains using an investment advisor. I first dabbled in stocks late 2019, just before the pandemic, and that same year gained over 150% with no prior investing experience, basically all I was doing was following directions of my advisor. We are working on a retirement ballpark of $3m and I’m certain my goal isn’t farfetched after subsequent investments and tremendous returns so far.

Interesting how over 2% inflation has been a concern when central banks and the Fed begin to hike interest rates. I consider the rising interest rate to be a very serious issue since it will undoubtedly cause more investors to withdraw their money from the stock market. But then I'm still aware of certain investors that continue to earn over $365,000. Wish I could accomplish that.

Ah yes the soon expiring patreon membership sales. 1) Have a fast approaching expire date to create a feeling that there is a danger of missing out on getting a good deal on the sub 2) Have a original price for that sub that is more than the current price and 3) Have a price for the course that seems like its heavily discounted. Jeremy, Tesla stock is equivalent to @ $2400, right? Please don't knock the Internal Combustion Engine Vehicles.....not everyone lives in a nice mild climate nor do they have a garage to park their precious EV in, to charge overnight. There is a place for the EV's, but they will not be as versatile as Internal Combustion Engine Vehicles. Yes, I listen to your channel for your opinion/experience/knowledge but just be proud that EV's can coincide with Internal Combustion Engine Vehicles.

The year began and something is already making it better than the entire 2023. AKDMTTP came out and its such a great thing no matter where you come from. I was sure last year would end terrible for me but I think AKDMTTP is spot on with what they do and how they do it. If AKDMTTP is everywhere you should probably ask yourself why that is the case? Obviously the move we have here is beyond what we had in the last 10 years or so. This comes with a plan, a plan which will make us survive when we can finally make own decisions and start to become independent. I know it sounds a bit odd that THIS company out of all of them is endorsing this living style but if you follow the lead you might understand why and how that works.
