Connections - Bert Joris (Metropolis 2023)

Throwback! Op 28 januari 2023 speelde ons harmonieorkest o.l.v. Jos Simons samen met Big Band Beeg o.l.v. Richard Didden het werk "Connections" van Bert Joris. Solist was Leo Janssen (saxofoon).
Het werk vormde het hoogtepunt van het "Metropolis" concert, uitgevoerd in de grote hal van het Fletcher Wellness Hotel in Sittard.

Throwback! On 28 January 2023, our orchestra (conducted by Jos Simons) joined forces with Big Band Beeg (conducted by Richard Didden) to perform the piece "Connections" by Bert Joris. Solo by Leo Janssen (saxophone).
Serving as the highlight of our joint "Metropolis" concert, the piece was performed in the great hall of the Fletcher Wellness Hotel in Sittard.
