The only part that really confused me was how the friend was totally talking up the dude at the apartment yet had the audacity to say “did that creep try anything with you?!” Like talk about a shitty friend.

I was so intrigued by how she clearly saw what he was doing to her drink and proceeded anyway. Sometimes even the best scientists can't recreate the environment they need to test a theory, and they have to go out into the field and hope they find what they need. How kind of that other doctor to provide her an ideal testing environment for her "stress-related episodes" when her efforts to recreate the experiment failed... sacrifices must be made in the name of science, after all :)

I wish movies would stop showing movies where women have the ability to say no i don't want tea and leave instead of moving forward and then saying i think he's a predator but powerful. She could just stop working late etc. not blaming but she saw him put something in her drink after she had a previous incident with him ? What is this? Ladies don't do this. If you feel like someone is abusing power over you, avoid any encounters that can escalate into something else. Too many issues with this short but lets think first. All sje had to say was "no thank you. No tea, i need to leave" or how about this, dont stay once you know you and him are alone again.
The different perspective I read: was that she used it as an experiment & drank the tea anyway - basically to prove to herself He did it & she had the power to overcome him. She punished him for what he did after confirming it wasn’t just a nightmare or “stress episode”…so yeah the ending is unrealistic but it was a good take on it for just a horror short film. Good message to share though. Not all people can read between the lines either, so it’s good to put it out there - DO NOT DO THIS.
