Nailing a target pace during a short rep is a real challenge. I'm usually fumbling to find the right speed and second guessing whether my watch GPS is reporting correctly, and then the rep finishes 😂 Great work, Heather 💪🏃♀️
Same here! Unfortunately, the track here is currently being refurbished (local college football team won a championship, so they’re rebuilding everything), so I’m sticking to a neighborhood that’s flatter than most areas around here. 🩷🤓

I prefer to do these on a track, since it's much more exact than gps.

So far, it's ok. My PT is still working on it and it's down to a dull ache at the beginning of my run that goes away! 🤓
