With parole or without parole doesn't matter - he will have to admit his crime in order to be paroled, which is something a rampant narcissist like him cannot do. He's never getting out.

What an inappropriate sentence for a man convicted of 1st degree murder. He should have received life without parole. While he may never get out, the jury and Judge has failed the victim and victims’s family.

they gave him the slimmest of chances to get out of there is general rehabilitation. And realistically he will be between 75-85 before paroled, and one foot in the grave. Plus....he would have to admit to everything to have a chance of parole which lets be real, not sure he can do it.

Jury did the right. The judge did it right. There are two affected families: the victim family, of course, and the defender family.

@@amerikanracer3301 juror did the right thing by finding him guilty. However, life with the possibility of parole after 20 years is not the right thing. The victim does not have to opportunity to be alive after 20 years. The appropriate sentence should have been life without parole.

No parole board is going to touch him for at least 40 years. He will be a toothless and using a cane before they let this guy walk

20, with possibility of parole is not life. It means if he’s still alive after 20, he is eligible for parole. He should have gotten 25, years period.

American idiocracy : "Life in prison ! But actually is not life in prison, because he has the possibility for parole after 20 years,so yes, even if it's only 20 years, we like to call it life, because we are Americans and love big words who mean nothing ".

Clark County District Court Judge Michelle Leavitt can invoke sentencing enhancements because the killing was found to be with use of a deadly weapon, willful, deliberate, premeditated, by a person who lay in wait and on a victim 60 years or older. That could raise Telles’ time in prison to a minimum of 21 years and a maximum of 28 years. Please contact Judge Leavitt and ask her to impose the MAXIMUM sentence of 28 years to Life before Parole for Telles!! Justice for Jeff German and Family!!
