The 4Cs are currently imported to the US but being a limited production exotic they're quite rare. You can still find Alfas from the early 90s and earlier but there still pretty uncommon. Every so often I'll see an old Alfa Romeo Spider driving around. If you go on eBay now, there's about 30 of em. If what Top Gear says is true, the likely reason they're rare is because they fall apart.
