No, no! Do not pour the mixture in a pie shell. The Bisquick forms its own crust, thus the name, "impossible pie." That was the beauty of it.

You can blend the Bisquick, eggs, and milk in a blender. I used to make this when I was first married in the early 80s. And, like the other commenters say, it forms its own crust, not pie crust needed.

That was our go to “healthy” dish in university I hadn’t made it since the late 80s and it was just as easy and good. I’m sure there’s lots of cool variations

you dont need pie crust. ir makes its own crust. give that a try. also, its 4 eggs 3 cups of milk, and 1 cup of bisquik. impossible pie

2 cups milk. not 3 and, forget the pie crust. don't need it.
Used to make this all the time back when it was on the box. You can change it up depending on left over Veggies different cheese. chunks of ham, bacon or whatever. very easy.

You can edit your comment by tapping on the three little dots in the upper right corner of your comment. (You have to hover your mouse over the area of the upper right corner of your comment, by the way, in order for the three dots to appear.) Tap "Edit" and then change what you want and then hit "Reply."
This isn't a criticism at all, by the way - just an FYI.
