Impossible because its impossible for something so good to be so easy. :) My mom always made hers with cheese and hamburger! Made one last week. Gonna try your version!
You can blend the Bisquick, eggs, and milk in a blender. I used to make this when I was first married in the early 80s. And, like the other commenters say, it forms its own crust, not pie crust needed.
That was our go to “healthy” dish in university I hadn’t made it since the late 80s and it was just as easy and good. I’m sure there’s lots of cool variations
2 cups milk. not 3 and, forget the pie crust. don't need it. Used to make this all the time back when it was on the box. You can change it up depending on left over Veggies different cheese. chunks of ham, bacon or whatever. very easy.
Bisquick was a staple when we were in university and when you re just starting out a simple great recipe like this was a reason to buy veggies and not always fast food Thanks!

No, no! Do not pour the mixture in a pie shell. The Bisquick forms its own crust, thus the name, "impossible pie." That was the beauty of it.
You are right I have done it both ways This was from back in my university days and usually my brother did make it without a crust!
GROSS!!!!!!
I haven’t made it since we were in university. Time to make it again
I'm looking forward to making this. I subscribed. TY.
Let me know how yours turns out and thanks for subscribing. :)
