Love this series of videos, just what I needed. I’m relocating to the Dallas area from San Diego in the next month or so. I spent a long weekend in the area last month and it’s great to get some local insight to all of the places I briefly visited. Going to rent a house for a year while I look for the area where I want to purchase a home. Thanks again!

Thank you posting this video. I am planning to move to north suburbs of DFW area. I am bit confused between Frisco ( 75035 ) and Allen ( 75013 ) neighborhoods. I have a 3rd grader kid - schools and good neighborhood is the key. I work in IT but its a remote work as now. My budget is around 400K - 450K. I am planning to move into rental for 6 months and start looking for house. However I prefer to live in same school zone as rental so that Kid schooling is not disturbed. I was doing research - heard good thing about twin creek area in Allen. At the same time, the middle schools are better in Frisco. So - I am bit confused where to move into. Any pointers or advice would be great helpful. Thanks.
