Better get your facts straight. Her father was not acquitted at all. The trial is still ongoing. Just adjourned. He'll be convicted no doubt. Even in Canada we don't allow making people into doggy biscuits. 😂😂
@BillHK Hahaha, yeah Im sure to outsiders it can seem like that. Instead of saying his daddy hit him, he's saying the "daddy" hit on his daughter. I think it was the other way around. Quite familiar with this case. The house is big but a shithole inside, full of fake antiques meant to impress the uneducated. Poor judge having to listen for months to non stop BS and trying to glean a couple of sentences of truth. But he'll do life 25yrs here before parole eligibility. @BillHK Are you located in Canada or the states? I'm not his defence lawyer nor would I want to be. In those cases they were deemed to be unfit mentally, not that I agree. This guy can't use that defence. I agree with you that in some cases the punishment certainly doesn't fit the crime but in this one I do have some inside knowledge and I can guarantee he won't be walking the streets in 7-8yrs. He's been in jail awaiting trial for 5 yrs already which is a good thing. His testimony don't fit his actions (trying to sue the estate of the guy he murdered for one thing), his testimony is so full of holes he expects the judge to believe he was acting in self defence. All bullshit of course including his claim that he was infuriated because Gang wanted to sleep with his daughter haha. It was way past that long before. In any case I get your point and agree with much of your comment but I think in this case our courts won't be fooled. Fingers crossed. Have a great day.
