It amazing how Jack talk fluently because I've watched the Churco family sometimes their toddler 2 years old Blakeley can't even talk properly after completing two year, you are so blessed.

He doesn’t and won’t always be able to stop it and he could run into something and get seriously injured or insure someone else. You can even see him in the video falling on it. They don’t even put knee and elbow pads on him.

You picked the perfect name for Sunny! She is a little ball of joyful radiance and she always makes me smile. I feel Sarah’s pain on the fall clothes front. I am also a sweater weather person but as soon as I pull out my sweaters, it gets hot again. I think I am going to slowly start working a few of my favorite sweaters and boots into my closet in the next few weeks and hope that I can retire my shorts and tanks until next Summer by mid November.

It's the sciatic nerve in his back acting up and why he's getting the "zap". I've had many knee surgeries and total knee replacements. You are correct about not walking right it will misalign your back. A chiropractor could help you with strengthening your back and realigning it where it is not on the sciatic nerve. Hope you get better soon. Prayers lifted for healing!
Love you guys, you both have been dealing with hard issues each in their own way. Derick with his knees and having to just constantly sit around which can't be fun plus the pain and Sarah with dealing with running the house and Jack and sweet Sunny being taken care of and helping you get around in the wheelchair and bringing you meals etc so don't worry about the house tour or rushing to get your back better!!! Don't get discouraged Derik. I had surgery 5 weeks ago. It's been one thing after another. I started getting depressed, and then I realized it's all for a purpose. You and me are bored and anxious to get back to living. I'm not even off the 6 week home care yet. Anyways, I think sometimes Derik it always feels like we constantly are walking the hard road. And we are buddy. Don't get into pity. Just know you and Sarah are being made ready for something more. And, you guys have real substance! And God is looking for ppl just like you. So take heart and know things are going just as they are suppose to. I send you both love and healing prayers.

At church I work with 2 years olds, and in the 4-5 years that I have worked with them, only three have come close to the grammar that Jack has. He so grown up for a 2 year old, not only does he know how to bike, but he rides a skateboard better than me and I’ve been riding for a year!❤

Pink i agree with you. But one thing about both Lauren and Sarah is they work out to stay in good condition, not just to look good. Sarah was a tennis star in school and is a subtle surfer. Out of their group, Lauren is probably the best wake surfer. Deriks mind writes checks that his body cant always cash.

Be on the lookout for a bedframe that has storage under the frame with a great headboard. It will be a game changer for your room, but extra storage is great. Keeping bed linens, duvet covers, comforters, blankets, extra matress pads, etc. Also, think about getting a waterproof mattress protector. FYI. ❤

What kind of kid's bike has no pedals? Call me crazy but I'm happy my kids learned to pedal their bikes. Was great exercise for them and great leg strengthening.

I think wittle Jack Jack is an HSP-highly sensitive person. Such a gift but can be overwhelming if not properly nurtured. Definitely worth looking into for Jack. I don’t want this to come off as unsolicited advice, I only say this bc someone told me years ago that they thought I was an HSP and I read up on it and had such a better understanding of myself and it was truly life changing. ☮️ & ❤️

It seems to be a combination for me as well. My knees are horrible and I have muscle atrophy because I can't walk that far anymore. So when I use my back instead of my knees, then I have my back go out occasionally.
This is an e bike and although adapting to the hand brake and ignition is good skills, it would be much more difficult and better from an energy point of view to use a pedal bike and that is probably why Jack is doing it earlier than what we expect. Also more dangerous anywhere but on that great expanse of lawn for these babies don't know street rules. Be very careful.

I agree!!! The only one they talk about, brag about, and show is jack…… the only thing I’ve heard about sunny lately is how she can’t keep still and how she’s not sleeping all night. We were shown jacks room but not Sunny’s because his room is upstairs next to mom and dad but Sunny’s room is downstairs in the basement. If I’m wrong I apologize

This is the first time I have commented but have loved watching all your videos. Sara and Derek you are amazing parents…. I remember those crazy sleep deprived years with my kids and my husband and I thought we would never have a solid nights sleep again. Now they are 27 and 30. Boy first then girl. It’s not hard to believe Jack is talking in full sentences at almost 3 because when he was just. 1 1/2 yrs old he could sing twinkle twinkle little star in the most cutest sweetest way. At church I work with 2 years olds, and in the 4-5 years that I have worked with them, only three have come close to the grammar that Jack has. He so grown up for a 2 year old, not only does he know how to bike, but he rides a skateboard better than me and I’ve been riding for a year!❤

Pink i agree with you. But one thing about both Lauren and Sarah is they work out to stay in good condition, not just to look good. Sarah was a tennis star in school and is a subtle surfer. Be on the lookout for a bedframe that has storage under the frame with a great headboard. It will be a game changer for your room, but extra storage is great. Keeping bed linens, duvet covers, comforters, blankets, extra matress pads, etc. Also, think about getting a waterproof mattress protector. FYI. ❤

What kind of kid's bike has no pedals? Call me crazy but I'm happy my kids learned to pedal their bikes. Was great exercise for them and great leg strengthening.

I think wittle Jack Jack is an HSP-highly sensitive person. Such a gift but can be overwhelming if not properly nurtured. Definitely worth looking into for Jack. I don’t want this to come off as unsolicited advice, I only say this bc someone told me years ago that they thought I was an HSP and I read up on it and had such a better understanding of myself and it was truly life changing. ☮️ & ❤️

Jack is really advanced for his age!! He's so smart and I don't think I have ever known a kid to ride a bike that young. Good job Mom and Dad. Derik, I hope you're back is feeling better. It seems to be a combination for me as well. My knees are horrible and I have muscle atrophy because I can't walk that far anymore. So when I use my back instead of my knees, then I have my back go out occasionally.
This is an e bike and although adapting to the hand brake and ignition is good skills, it would be much more difficult and better from an energy point of view to use a pedal bike and that is probably why Jack is doing it earlier than what we expect. Also more dangerous anywhere but on that great expanse of lawn for these babies don't know street rules. Be very careful.
