Virtual Banjara and Sonia kitchen bought tears to my eyes after 74 yrs. My grand father and father who are no more now migrated from Shikarpur Sind Pakistan and settled in Punjab after partition. My grand mother was extremely perfect in all sindhi veg-nonveg dishes and we all relished a lot when made in my Dadi's kitchen. AUTHENTIC Sindhi CURRY was most liked and popular in our family.
If she was in Sindh Pakistan I would traveled to all the way Sindh just to eat lovely mouth watering food 💕

She is born punjabi but is full sindhi. I am a sindhi & have ate "phote varo teevan" made by my Mom. I know this is an excellent dish. Superb job being done by this lady from home/cloud kitchen. 😊

In fact, right from inception, we are conditioned to add pyaj and ginger, garlic paste while cooking goat meat. Our elders said - meat has a smell and that has got to be masked by onions n gg paste. But this Sindhi Teevan was unique in as much as it's made sans onions, ginger n garlic. Soniaji's roti n paratha making was so innovative! She's a past master, without a doubt.
Today I tried this dish.Oh my my God😮 It was so wonderful and delicious.Never cooked mutton like this.Thank you ❤
