Interesting how the robot design changed throughout the build process. It went from that heroic build to a large lanky robot. That freeflow experimentation is why I love Lego as an artform.
When he showed the feet that would become a windshield, I also thought of the entire hood unfolding and becoming the shin. Man, the seed idea is more important than I thought. Thx
I didn't know building a transformers from scratch would be this long The first time I tried a transformer oc I just used 4 1x1 among us looking ahh clip
*Flatline*, maybe? Hm… he’s a Decepticon; so something menacing. Probably want to relate it to either his personality, his shape in robot mode, or his vehicle mode - and the main idea was the ambulance, so something medically related. - Fracture? Like a fractured bone. - Compound? Going off of the “compound fracture” kind of thing. Not “Scalpel”; he’s too “brutish” for that. - Bone Saw? That sounds right. How about *Bone Saw*
My mind was blown when I discovered, after searching through our giant LEGO bin, that I could easily recreate those old school 1-stud LEGO wheels by literally just taking two regular LEGO studs, and sandwiching them between one of those small tires, and even better, using a small technic brick and a small gray technic pin or any color pin as long as it can spin freely in the technic brick, and finally putting the wheel on the pin and…bingo! A much more versatile and modular version of those classic LEGO wheels!
Ok, this was pretty neat. I love that he went from a big, bulky, heroic autobot to a lanky, short deception over the course of the video. If I were to build a replica of this, I'd go with dark blues and greys and create a version that's more of an armored transport truck, like Payload(who also happens to be a deception lol)
this is so. so. cool! i would absolutely LOVE if you made this a whole series. like maybe once a month you document the full design process of a build!
I would absolutely love if this was like a monthly or bimonthly special! I was already impressed with your abilities, but to build something like this in only 30 minutes is honestly really impressive! (also make something 40k related hint hint)
This was such an interesting video to see! Getting a look at your creative process and the way ideas develop and unfold throughout was awesome to see. If you’re looking for name suggestions, perhaps Heartstopper or Departure?
Lastride, Endrun... hum maybe with arms like that we can expand the range of usable puns and call him Stretcher. Also by all means do more of these when the mood strikes you, this was a fun watch
When I noticed the knees go the wrong way, that said “digitigrade legs” to me as a solution, especially since there was the entire back section left and it ended up as a Decepticon. Really great video, I loved your process and solutions as you went!
This is such an amazing idea on the spot, and its cool to see your design process, because ive tried to make transformable formers myself in lego, but ive only gotten it to work once and that was like a weird bionicle starscream i made. As for a name suggestion im thinkin somethin like grandslam or groundpound, just cuz i see those arms and think of how he could slam his arms on the ground and cause a bit of like a shockwave possibly. For names that fit the ambulance idea better maybe X ray, wailhorn, or crossbone (though i think crossbone is most likely already used somewhere)
A heart attack. The perfect name. It's like a play on words. "Attack" is a reflection of the fact that he is a boxer. (You could say the evil version of First-Aid)
Pressure - He has strong arms therefore he can give a lot of pressure - He is an ambulance, and pressure is also a medical term (blood pressure for example)
This was a pretty interesting video, and I'd love to see this kind of a design process video for perhaps a redesign of an existing character, for example, how you would reimagine Jazz and record the building process.
Bruh how did u make something that good in such a short time once I sat down for 3 hours and came up with nothing good I would love to see more videos like this
Normally I just use nothing but 1x2 ball joints and sockets to structure a LEGO transformer and called it a “protoform” and then I decorate it with hinges and more ball joints and then fiddle with it to try to make it turn into something. The protoform became the standard for my LEGO transformers since my combiner, vehicle king
22:59 Even though that studded 1x1 was just put there as a place holder, with how the exposed stud is on the roof the ambulance and ends up on the back of the robot's shoulder because of how he transforms, I'm thinking you could add a shoulder canon that turns into some sort assembly you could maybe see on the roof of an ambulance.
I'm really glad I saw this video. There are quite a few OCs of mine that I've been thinking about to build only I have had no idea. Especially if you're OC's a triple or quad-changer.
Thankyou for giving us this, I’ve actually tried to make stuff like yours, I tried making a jetfire for your Optimus Prime, it didn’t work out! Thankyou
It was really cool seeing your process. Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love the format of most of your videos: fairly short and to the point. But I really liked this. Thanks!!
You should add more of those brick with the same color as the jumper plate used for the head connection. I think it will make him look more evil and look more like an ambulance
Perhaps a Lego hinge block for the shins instead of stacked plates to achieve a backwards bending knee and the hands have separate two fingers for individual posing, the top finger with a black tile to create a rear window?
i think it should be a female decepticon named paramedex (a combination of paramedic, dex-, as in dexterous, and as in dexedrine, which is a form of amphetamine)
maybe remove the snot piece used for the chest and replace the 2x2 plate below it with a 2x2 with only 2 studs on top (half tile). that way you could rotate the arm beam all the way to form the chest (and use the stud on the 1x1 with 2 bars on the side as detail)
This was really cool to watch! Your process seems so much more organized than what I used to do lol My thought for a name is Morguetrip, dunno if that works though.
It reminds me of a Minecraft iron gollum, or if barricade scanned an ambulance. maybe name it gollum. Love the video by the way, I would love to see more.
I loved him, the only thing I would change is his chestplate, I liked it more before the change, other than that it's perfect! I would name it Pull-over, since that's what we do when there's an Ambulance, and also that he can get you with those arms and pull you over xD
Well, hear me out - ambulance is there to evacuate injured people, right? But injured TFs are too big to be put inside. So this guy just take them in his huge powerful arms and carries them to safety!
This was actually incredibly insightful, thanks for this! Love seeing your process. How would you describe your part-sourcing process, like getting parts from BrickLink vs buying sets off shelves?
Most of my parts come from bricklink or lugbulk. I'll buy speed champions sets cause they're fun builds and have plenty of nice parts though. Very occasionally I'll also specifically buy a set if it has pieces I need for a project and its cheap enough that I'm willing to pay extra instead of having to wait for bricklink shipping.
Ambulance Decepticon? American Healthcare System.
DeceptiCare
Lol
Interesting how the robot design changed throughout the build process. It went from that heroic build to a large lanky robot. That freeflow experimentation is why I love Lego as an artform.
THATS WHAT I’M SAYIN, and it just makes it so fun
Bro studied legotransformology 🔥🔥
I wanna get an A+
@@Brawl_Bro7842 I have One
I have a PHD in Legotransformology
screw my pre-med degree, I want to take a course in legotransformology
@@Boqueron725 yea I'm gonna get a degree
When you attached the legs together and turned them into the cab the first time, I was actually in awe at how good it looked

Man, the seed idea is more important than I thought. Thx

For me the process takes about 2 hours.
i need more among us looking clips
Just use the word ass next time white boy
*Flatline*, maybe? Hm… he’s a Decepticon; so something menacing. Probably want to relate it to either his personality, his shape in robot mode, or his vehicle mode - and the main idea was the ambulance, so something medically related.

Not “Scalpel”; he’s too “brutish” for that.
- Bone Saw? That sounds right.
How about *Bone Saw*
Scalpel and Flatline are already the names of Deceptions too so Bone Saw works
"Flatline and Bonesaw" already sounds like a Deception Duo, perhaps couple even.
@@williamshakespeare9424 And I have heard ideas to make this Decepticon a female, and Flatline is usually a male so it makes sense
@@Techno_Halo
The Lore, it deepens.🍷
Geneva?
In the old bayverse movie comics, there’s a Decepticon surgeon named Flatline. So, I gotta suggest the name Flatline, it fits extremely well.
damn, I need more videos like this. I've never been able to make a proper transformer from lego, while I love both. Very cool, keep it up
My mind was blown when I discovered, after searching through our giant LEGO bin, that I could easily recreate those old school 1-stud LEGO wheels by literally just taking two regular LEGO studs, and sandwiching them between one of those small tires, and even better, using a small technic brick and a small gray technic pin or any color pin as long as it can spin freely in the technic brick, and finally putting the wheel on the pin and…bingo! You can also use 2x2 round tiles to similar effect.
he should be named toothache

I’m so grateful you’ve done this, very excited to watch it!
The name should be “Dispatch” if it’s a deception and “Triage” if it’s a autobot
Dispatch is so good!
Dispatch is a great name!
Dispatch has already been made by stsc he comes with crowd control
I think Triage could be a cool name foe this dude, it's a medical tern with a suitably grim meaning that fits his being a Decepticon.
This is such an amazing idea on the spot, and its cool to see your design process, because ive tried to make transformable formers myself in lego, but ive only gotten it to work once and that was like a weird bionicle starscream i made. honestly if you change the white to dark blue and add some more gray it would be a perfect dotm payload
A heart attack. The perfect name. It's like a play on words. "Attack" is a reflection of the fact that he is a boxer. (You could say the evil version of First-Aid)
“I really hope there aren’t any parts I don’t have” 23:21 “crap.”
So true
Lego is criminal for not hiring this man
This video is so good! It makes me kinda want to do it as well lol!
Very cool to see your design process at work, if he's a Decepticon maybe call him "Blood Bank"?
Please make more of these guides showing your process. I’m trying to build my own and this helped a lot.
Pressure
- He has strong arms therefore he can give a lot of pressure
- He is an ambulance, and pressure is also a medical term (blood pressure for example)

he looks like a tourniquet to me
Nicely built
Well I know what I'm doing for the next half hour
for a more decepticon look, you could swap the colours for navy blue and black to make him look like a prisoner transfer van
22:59

Amputate + tron = Amputron
Definitely art meets engineering! Thanks for sharing your process 🤘

I really enjoyed this look into your design process and the ideas you came up with that I am currently unable to
Quite a cool fellow here.. If it were a decepticon, I think Headache would be a nice name for it...

I NEEDED THIS SO MUCH
You should make this a series. Maybe you could call it “on the spot” or something along those lines.
Once you get to coloring, i think using some of that light mint color in robot mode would look good. Its kinda the color of doctors uniforms
Wow you are truely a genius

wow looks really solid bro

What parts do you do for the wheels? Cant seem to find the tire pieces online.
Crash-Cart or Slambulance I think would suit them namewise!!

Blood Cross it's a pun of the Red Cross organization and I think it sounds creative.
when are you going to finish that mini g1 optimus prime you started in july?
the transformation is so *satisfying* also his name should be red crossed
Please make more tutorial videos on RUclips
Custom universe Megatron?
You could make the green clips on his back red as well, also his name could be Responder.
Try Bloodline. Sounds somewhat evil for an ambulance decepticon.
Please make Transformers G1 Liokaiser, thank you!!
This was a really cool video Idea! I hope you do more videos like this
I can very easily see this guy as one of T-Bone's car-crash-themed goons.
thanks for the tutorial, stsc. i built a van transformer successfully bcs of this
Name him flatline
Awesome video! Thank you so much for sharing!
This kind of video is awesome, would be cool to see you do it more
How about naming him(maybe her) Vansit the decepticon?
i love the design, try making a mini rotb bumblebee
If I had more free time, I’d watch this as a livestream
Maybe surggun and has a blaster for the weapon
I would love to see more videos like this❤ your videos are cool hope you have a great day
I want to see him go back to making the mini scale movie builds
Suture or Retractor. his arms remind me of long, thin surgical implements
Name Suggestion: Since he's a Decepticon ambulence, I think that "Drop-Dead" is an appropriate name.

This video excites me terribly!
I think that decepticon should be scalpel
Not a great tutorial, but i don't think its not supposed to be, i feel like this vid is more of an ideas, love the vid❤
I love this video.
I think you should do it again but not a car but as something more interesting like a jet/plane
where can i get some of the mini wheeles?
You should make a g1 version of lockdown
Decepticon ambulance? Geneva is their name lmao
