I lived in Kololo on Acacia Avenue
You haven't shown us the TV Antenna which is on top of the hill. At night kolo hill looks like a beautiful Birthday Cake with all the street lights lt up like candles. Very beautiful and heavenly feeling.

As a child, I grew up in Makindye kizungu and we used to go and visit family friends in Kololo l always liked Kololo it has been always a posh place and I am now 48 years old. It's not in kololo....they are currently in lugogo uma show grounds but sometimes use the kololo independence grounds so they don't have a permanent place......they just hire places not yet have a permanent place.

Bro whats up with the military guy? He was just trying to take advantage on you lacking your laws and probably money to stand for your right, as long as you are on the street and not in their compound you can take pics. In a military barracks you are not allowed to film as well as government premises. I hold my cam and film where i want in Uganda and fly my drones there too as long as i dont fly over police and government institutions its all good. In Naguru I was once stopped for have a camouflage pants on which was from G-Star, the police tried to intimidate me... but they get to find out it has nothing to do with any of their military clothes they have. sometimes stand your ground... but i do understand you walking away.
