First of all thank you so much for the amazing teaching! Just a little correction...at 11:40 => the instructions (eg. ADD , MOV) have an opcode, that can e different for the different processors but an opcode is fixed for a processor.
How does a microprocessor know what to search in memory. I understood that the addresses of various memory locations are stored in registers of processor (so the processor knows how to get to a particular address) but how does the processor know which instruction it has to fetch in the first place? Kindly solve my doubt.
lets take an example u r in class and teacher start taking attendance then teacher know who is next student similarly the processor know which is the next instruction to execute as every instruction has their unique address so processer know what is the next instruction.
