Dragon Con is a multi-genre convention that happens every Labor Day weekend in Atlanta, Georgia.

0:17 Can't tell if cosplay or actually Christoper Eccolston. That guy is a dead ringer for the 9th Doctor. If they can't get the real one to come back to the show they should just hire that dude.
2:05 I have never seen so many wheelchair cosplays all at one time before... mainly because there's not a lot of things that instantly come to mind to work with a wheelchair. But these parents got really creative with their kids. I couldn't tell from the video but it looks like the Star Wars one was designed so that the legs of the At-Sat would move as the wheels turned.
There were a couple adults in wheelchairs later on in the video as well. I should show this to my ex. Maybe we could do something for Halloween. (Her son has a wheelchair.)

The equestrian team at 3:15 took me by surprise. It must take a lot of work to desensitize the horses and get them used to the crowds and the various cosplayers.

The William Stout guy and Dire Straits characters were a fun surprise.
Not to be a downer---cuz i also like making costumes---but imagine if all those people put the same effort into learning a useful skill or trade rather than farting around with foam and plastic for sheer novelty! It's a funny time to live in, where there is less reason to learn work-skills than play skills.
