Would love to have you speak on what it takes to have employees and how you manage being a leader and also a coworker. How not to micro manage .That’s what I’m trying to learn.
@@wilhelmsteinert4733 that’s more a one on one talk I think. For a RUclips video, I believe it would really depend on the crew. Good luck with your company.
Crazy how that whole arm came off. When you said it's too weak to climb on I thought "yeah, I'd climb out on that with a good rope angle" but you were right, nothing holding it up...
@@TreeMuggs_PatrickM I’m glad you saw this video Patrick. My first thoughts were similar but I heard this little voice in my head and alarm bells were going off.
If people keep taking good care of that old tree, it's going to become an ancient tree that people marvel at way in the future. They might even find this video!
Great work on that tree! Ouch!! I hate ant bites. I pulled vines from a tree that hangs over from my neighbors yard. I got covered in ants. Little red puss bites all over my feet and calves. I spray my boots and pant legs now before working in the yard. . 😊
I have had good luck with the "orange guard" spray...it comes in a 1 gallon jug as well as the 32 oz smaller container. It is people and pet friendly and kills them on contact, but it does not leave any toxic stuff behind for later...it also can have the manual pump sprayer vs spray can so it goes better where you want. I do not envy you with some of the 'fun' you get into for your job...but I do enjoy watching and learning from it. :)

As much as I love trees, I'd have to give up on that one. It's obvious the owners love that tree to invest so much in it.
@@kirkshar they have a huge property and lots of trees. This one is right near the house and I think its days are numbered.

I do think that an old tree deserves respect but understanding of hazards.
