Should the power to the tub be turned off before removing the filter?
Yes, I think so. All the other videos I have watched on Caldera filter removal/cleaning/replacement mention turning the power off first.

Mine doesn't just "lift out"! Help.
Doesn't work. Filter is stuck for me. Just wobbles around but doesn't come up. No water in tub. I feel like I'm going to break something.
