    Jan. 14 - after trying everything, I tried your exercise for the last couple of days. Immediate improvement and I was able to get back in the gym for other leg exercises. Thanks.

      @@Rise4L The groin pull has subsided, but for those reading this, needs constant care via exercise and stretching. I discovered that my pull was the result of my not attending to (strengthening) surrounding muscle groups. Doing that work took the weight off of my groin so it could heal properly. I'm not a doctor but I play one on TV. 🙃

    I had been having left hip flexor pain every time I squatted for the past few weeks. Figured it might be because of tight hips. I tried this routine out for the first time before my squats and they were completely pain free. Thank you so much

      Opening your hips is almost guaranteed to take stress off of the lower back. Speaking from personal experience and research. Hope this helps.

      look for kemo mariott tutorial on youtube, most self-taught squat enthusiasts don't even know the basics of a good posture while performing a squat.

      Busy I do all of those: clam shells, banded hip work, 90/90 hip hinges, airplanes and these
      My lower back pain of 6 years I guess had been mostly hip flexor related. Lower back Pain is pretty much gone I do all these 2-3x a week for maintenance

    My left knee has been injured (Hyperextend) due to awkward landing because of basketball fortunately it's a minor injury only. All this videos helped me a lot

      From experience... Barefoot running [in minimalist shoes] and ice massage from foot to knees cured mine over years... Achilles will benefit from all thing foot mobility, and foot strengthening [especially the toes... Elevated calf raises where you rise up on the toes will be huge for you, as well as duck walks].

    @squatuniversity Can you recommend some training I can do strengthen hips and work on mobility. I want to increase height for roundhouse kick as well as better stability and strength for compound lifts ie squat and deadlift. I also find my right leg wants move closer to my left when I am just standing and my right foot walks on the outside of the foot. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

      If you strained your groin, it means you overstretched it (probably a weakness there). Never stretch or massage strains. Rest and ice the first 48 hours, and continue with heat after 48. Now this is great for preventing groin strains.
