Great cards! Love the reveal. New subscriber here. When you list these cards how do determine asking price? Do you ask full latest comps or a certain percentage of latest comps?
Appreciate it. Depends on what platform, card, time, comps and a whole bunch of other stuff. I don’t do a lot of auctions. Usually buy it now with a best offer on eBay. So typically I’ll price them around comps or higher and field offers if I’m not trying to sell it quickly. But again it definitely varies.
What a massive PSA sub. I can’t even imagine how long it took to inspect and/or clean the raw cards in preparation for the PSA sub. I have don’t several orders and I take a long time to inspect and clean my raw cards lol. Awesome video. I’m curious to see the recrack and re-sub card video.
Appreciate you watching! Definitely a time consuming thing prepping cards. I was a little loose with these just trying to get out what I could for the special but it’s still a good deal of time. I have 6 of them that I’m going to crack out and retry. Should make it back in a reveal in a month or so.
@@macstener5295 I hear you. I threw a couple of random cards to make the sub “worth it” since it was so cheap. I’m trying to get ahead and slowly clean/inspect raw cards so when a special comes up and I can just sub and wait for the grades. Cheers. Love the content brotha.
That Ichiro rc has a pretty rough bend in the lower left corner, starting about 1/4 inch up toward the Mariners logo... And that UD Kobe Rc is a 10. I wish PSA would do their job right the first time. Cool reveal as always.
I sat and stared at the same spot for a few minutes yesterday. That ichiro bottom left corner and the bottom right, they have that line about a quarter inch out from the corner point. Just like a perfectly straight line that runs from the edge of each bumper in the slab. It’s like a scratch or line in the case and makes it look like a dent or bend. A lot of these slabs have it on the back as well. Not sure entirely what it is or why it’s there but it looks terrible. The card definitely has some whitening and I’m sure there something else I am struggling to find here. That Kobe definitely is a sharp looking copy! Hard to find nice ones now a days. Thanks for checking out the video and the feedback!
@@macstener5295 You bet! Ah, so that's what you meant with the lines... I see. That is weird, maybe it's a shatter-proof feature or something? Definitely hard to find sharp 90's stuff at this point. Pop counts in high grade on them may hit a wall soon with bricking added to them already being condition-sensitive. Not even unopened is safe 90% of the time with the primitive 90's gloss on everything. Enjoying the quality content!
@@blixcards absolutely! Only getting harder to find with these crazy grading numbers every month too. The challenge is half the fun though. Those tough old sets or super condition sensitive newer sets are really where I find myself looking and getting the most enjoyment out of. Finding a gem mint copy of a 2001 Topps Ichiro is pretty close to impossible and I love that chase. Appreciate the support!
@@macstener5295 100% agree... The thrill of the hunt is the best! I'm always looking for sharp older stuff and it's a blast. Also that thrill a lot of times allows family members, girlfriends, wives, etc to want to participate in enjoying hobbies with us.

Is this man the GOAT of PSA?

@@blixcards you got that right. Good stuff man. Happy hunting.
Nice cards. In the future please don't talk about how the grades went or summarize the order until after the reveal. Ruins it IMO. Thanks
I disagree I like the analysis
