I’ve been putting notes next to each recipe as I watch video and put date of YT Video that correlates to recipe if I want to watch prior to trying in case you have any tidbits of wisdom regarding recipe 😂 I’m a Wisconsinite too… your reasoning about life, phrases etc…. The food looks spool delish! I have to make those buns. Maybe the difference in texture comes from using the milk powder instead of regular milk? Its maybe lighter? I call a mishmash of leftovers "cream of clean out the fridge" 😂😂😂 thanks again for all your hard work. I love your channel and your sweet family I have learned so much for you all ❤

But I must admit my very favorite cooking video is the one you did at Christmas time with all the Christmas cookies. I love love love that one!!! It feels so cozy and happy and comforting!! I get so much peace and comfort from watching you with your helpful hints in the kitchen. You are teaching us to be more precise and accurate. Oh yes…. I wonder if the sandwich buns were lighter since you didn't really push them down to form them. I think when I made them, I maybe overworked the dough, trying to make the perfect looking bun shape. I liked how you used what you had available to make the food. So often, I think I get hung up on having exactly each ingredient the recipe calls for and miss out on a tasty meal. Great meal. We love pork tenderloin. Always delicious. Always tender. I brown all sides in the cast iron, then place in 350 degree oven till done. I have used olive oil, onion/garlic powder, equal amounts of mustard and honey as a rub, then place in bread crumbs, brown all sides and finish in oven. Both are delicious. I've also used heinous 57sauce and equal amounts of honey..with bread crumbs is delicious as well.

I probably bought it within about 6 months and the recipe changed a little bit. Everything is the same except it says 3/4 cup water and 1/3 cup ketchup. I remember making it a long time away but I don’t remember which recipe it was. I’m just curious about what this recipe would be like .
