@Denis-xl8jx You can. Go create a private world right now and check the settings. There's something called multiplayers. For health and physical damage and spell power. You can even tweak those for bosses as well. Also, 50+ phyisical damage without warrior blood is impossible. The highest phyisical damage you can get right now is like 55 with warrior blood and dread dracula set. He's using neither of those. For someone who knows these numbers it's very obvious

Looks like he has shadow chest + legs, and grim gloves + boots, which give 1.8 phys power and 1.8 spell power. Potions also give +6 to each stat. (not sure on the boots and gloves, but the math checks out with them, as we'll see later) I have just logged into the game, and my gear is full dracula shadow set, with the blademaster amulet, 100% rogue blood. I have the following stats: 43.7 phys power, 41.9 spell power. Let's start with the spell power: 41.9 (base) + 6 (pot) + 1.8 (grim set) = 49.7, so it checks out. Physical power: 43.7 (base) + 6 (pot) + 1.8 (grim set) = 51.5. So, his stats check out. And considering the guy in the video was playing the fight well, I think it's safe to say he didn't cheat in any way.
At the end he has the Immortal Blood + 25% blood efficiency from Bloodmoon + Brew / Bonus 20% to all damage modifiers from their blood modifiers from Bloodmoon

its just 1.8 phys damage plus, not that much
That's not true tho, you get the 4set effect and get 91 instead of 90, which translstes into more than 2 points of dmg
