This is Palita’a Automotive. It’s a repair shop and those are mostly vehicles in for service. They work on my Discovery Series II and L320 Range Rover Sport. There is another lot less than a mile to the north with more LRs too, if you go back.
Saw a photo of that camel a year or two ago, been wondering what the dealio was with it since. Thanks for posting this vid. Even just the walkaround gives me a lot of info
It almost seems like it’s been untouched for a few years. Maybe an owner got sick or retired? Reminds me of abandoned videos where people explore stuff
Don't discount the Freelander, it's a good car which came at just the right time for the beleaguered company. The Camel Trophy versions are great fun to drive - guaranteed smiles!
Pretty sure that's the 1993 event winning truck. 10 or something years ago it popped up on some forum site with legality issues and disappeared after it was sold
Im thinking the same, but the side damage from its infamous trailer incident isnt really bad enough. Either way shame to see it rotting away instead of on the road
This place is a well-known Land Rover garage in Kennett Square PA off state street. Funny enough, there’s more cars up the road on a side of a commercial property.
@@AddictedMotorsBut it won’t let you down, unlike most of those Rovers which I have a love/hate relationship with going back to the 70s. So very many breakdowns all over the world. Such a pain in the arse to be honest. I saw some of those models and immediately got transported back to LR disasters from yesteryear…. But the 100 series? Best thing I ever did.
@@rafaeloreirorodriguez5278 i live in the netherlands and restoring old rrc s or discos will cost you trucks full of money that will not come back at an auction. Most parts on rrc s are scarce or not there. Trophy discos lived under water so need a rebuild. Believe me its far from easy. And making money on these projects is very difficult.

That’s in my area. Palitas Automotive in Kennett Square, PA. There is another lot with more trucks down the road.
Sucks that they are just rusting away. I dislike hoarders. Put em back on the road!
Sometimes the hoarders are the brake on the truck to the junk yard tho.
Not 29000 miles on the Camel Trophy but 29000 km.!!👌🏻😀
NO WAY! Way too cool, what an incredible piece of automotive history

How’s the saying go?
If I ever win the lottery I won’t tell people…. But there will be signs I won the lottery
Cool, this place it only 70 miles from me. Thanks for highlighting the find!
This is a great find ! Super awesome rovers! We need a follow up to get the story with that place
It almost seems like it’s been untouched for a few years. Maybe an owner got sick or retired?

I was going to say they look backed up for years.
Amazing find. That Camel is so cool.
Love how casual skipping by the defender, what was it ? 110 ? Nice collection
Whoa - the RRC 2 door, the XD, the Camel Trophy just to name a few- wonder what’s actually inside the garage ?
Yes the XD!
Look like its an original. But mising the inner roll cage.
Good find! This place reminds me of British Boneyard in Lancaster, PA
The gold Range Rover Classic had me immediately!!!
Magnificent find! Love the old D1's!.. and the rest lol.
Man you’ve gotta find out more, that whole place looks abandoned you might be able to get your hands on some stuff for sure. All of it if you can 😅
Nice Camel Trophy ❤. Buy you don't want the Freelander, its the worst Land Rover ever made. Transfer cases made of jelly 😂
Want.
Don't discount the Freelander, it's a good car which came at just the right time for the beleaguered company. The Camel Trophy versions are great fun to drive - guaranteed smiles!
It’s like Land Rover Valhalla without a single series truck. (Which is so weird all by itself…. None)
Camel looks real, but missing cage
Now that's what I call a "Field of Dreams"
Had the same thought! Would love to find this in my part of Texas.

29,000 KILOMETERS, that's only about 18,000 miles.
So many! Just wanna save ‘em all 😩😭
I think you stumbled across Land Rover heaven.
It's definitely real, 200 Tdi. 1994 was South America. You can probably still see the country flag under the air intake.
Wow! What a great find!

Yup. No secrets here.
Guess that Land Cruiser is used as the recovery vehicle?? 😉
I remember seeing one in Brooklyn, NY in 2008 on Bay Ridge Parkway.
Man oh Man we need a follow up on this place....can the vehicle be bought....id be in for the camel and the XD!
There used to be a guy in Philly who restored old Range Rovers and that looks like his old truck.
Did you ever find out if those vehicles are for sale?
I need the front window winders off that camel disco.
Hands off!😝
Omg it's heaven, where is this place and any of them for sale
Awesome gems. Would you mind sharing the location or name of garage
29 thousand jungle miles ❤
Jeep TJ is the best on that lot, I am kidding. Well a little. Defender 90 ftw
There is a few cars there I would love.
There's gold in them there hills!
I've seen that so many times just sitting there, but it's moved a few times. Good guys there at three shop.
Place looked awesome.
Poor 100 series, parked next to all that junk.
Sound quality terrible, please slow your camera movement. Treasure Trove find. 😂
Note the Camel doesnt have its roll cage.
Funny how you skirted around the best one in the lot, Land Cruiser!
Boring.

93 or 94 camel.
Aren't the real ones two door as opposed to 4 door like the one in the video?
Nope
Only the 90' event used the 3 door. And just by looking at the roof rack, that one is the real deal
omg
Wait… this video has no answers to this mystery?
100 series >
looks to me like it has been abandoned...
Is that Camel for sale
Yes.
Why do you call these trucks?
Do you call a ship a boat?
They’re trucks.
Collection of Land Rover junk.
Restore that RRC or that Discovery 1 from camel trophy and see the prices that reach at auctions.

@@adrianturner3661 fair enough but I’ve had a few v8 range rovers so I know what they are like to own.
