I don't believe there's a way to export all projects in a single click, but there is an easier way to export a bunch of projects one at a time. On the right side of the 'Your Projects' page there is an 'Export' link next to each project. Clicking it will let you download a zip file for that project, which should be a pretty functional solution in most cases.

I didn't read the fine-print and thought there wasn't a time limit in RStudio Cloud, have to export everything to work locally now -_-
