- The mayor of Amsterdam Eberhard van der Laan should demand guarantees from Ron Huldai the mayor of Tel Aviv that there will be no people detained without any charges (administrative detention they call this) in the Abu Kabir prison in Tel Aviv ... That is totally unacceptable in a democracy... Tel Aviv is different Van der Laan says... We want to see that first... Otherwise no twinning with Tel Aviv.
