So happy to see you back here on youtube ❤ Girly there is no shame in wearing makeup to the gym I love to do mine before i go it just makes me feel better about myself and maybe its a placebo effect but I love to lift heavier do more reps. I just feel so confident that I push myself more haha . Girl I feel the same way I have been posting on youtube a lot and sometimes I feel defeated because my channel is not growing as much as I would like ,but consistency with anything eventually we will get a change.
