- I don't know why I was so sad leaving NYC for 2 months. But I was.
We've been in Texas for about 2 weeks now, and it's been such a nice breath of fresh air (literally). I CANNOT wait to tell you guys about our nightmare airbnb experience though - that will be 2 vlogs from now.

Hey Ashley - love your vlogs! I have to say though, as someone who worked in the insurance industry, I got hives when you showed the faulty window. All I could think was that it was an invitation to intruders to come and break into the house! (Sorry, that's what happens when you work in insurance - you become hyper-aware of potential risks.) Anyway, glad you were able to get in and get to Stella!
I thought the same thing! I was slightly nervous the rest of the time we stayed, but you could never really tell unless you inspected because the house has like 40 windows

Benzoyl peroxide was always too harsh for me, and if your moisture barrier was compromised from dehydration, that’ll do it! Hope it’s cleared up by now. I’ve always found the best thing to do when I get a reaction like that is just to back off everything- just tons of cerave and Vaseline 😂

I live out West and LOVE road trips! Thought I would share something funny. I grew up in Florida and we used to go to the Southwest every summer. This meant we drove thru the great state of Texas. My dad was from Europe, a professor, and proper grammar was very important to him. Well we we heading back home at the end of vacation thru Texas. Out of nowhere my dad proclaims; "The sun is ris, the sun is set and we ain't thru Texas yet!"

That benzoyl stuff only works for some people they have an entire acne range and for some people it really works super well, but I had the same as you all over my face and back (I had severe acne a couple of years ago) so be careful when you use that stuff and please test it first before putting it on your face or something xoxox❤️❤️

I'm about to drive from southern Ontario down to Florida with my bf and our dog, and we do it in like 4 days lol. Y'all are so brave doing NYC to Texas in 2 days. Also dying at how you said there's like 8 suitcases, I'm here packing like "I can probably do it in 2 suitcases and a small duffel" but for sure gonna end up with 8 suitcases... it's fine

It's totally normal to have a reaction to benzoyl peroxide. It's a chemical that takes to get used to. In the begging that tends to happen

She was so good! She slept most of the time, but we tried to stop a few times a day at off leash dog parks to let her run and eat
